We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArmeniaOur stay at Tongariro Adventures was nothing short of delightful. Barb and Mike, our hosts, were super friendly and very attentive. They greeted us warmly and provided excellent advice on activities in the area. The room was cozy and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was delicious and set us up for a day of exploration. The peaceful location near the lake added to the charm of our experience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better retreat and highly recommend Tongariro Adventures to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

AustraliaBarb and Mike were wonderful hosts. Very helpful and generous with their time in recommendations. It was a perfectly peaceful retreat after tramping the Tongariro Northern Circuit. The bed was super comfy and simple yet fresh and delicious breakfast. The closest shops are a wee drive but the couple of restaurants nearby are great.

New ZealandThe hosts were exceptional. Friendly, kind and full of local knowledge. My teenager and I shared the downstairs twin room. We had everything we needed, comfortable beds, a good selection of games and books. The location was a 30 second stroll to the lake. I especially enjoyed the quiet and laid-back surroundings and it was easy to slip into holiday mode. Using the kayaks on the lake and into the river was lots of fun. I would recommend staying here.

SwitzerlandThe hosts (Barb & Mike) are very welcoming and supportive. The suggested us lots of things to do in the area. You can rent kayaks with them, which is awesome. The lake is really close to the B&B, so you can do a short dip in the lake at any time. The boathouse is very spacious, cosy and very well equipt. The terrace outside is perfect for dining and relaxing. We enjoyed the stay very much, we can warmly recommend it. :)
