Have to be very picky to fault it but abel tasman suit is right next to the main road into the town so in an odd case you want a afternoon nap, you could hear cars on the road.

Exquisite unit, it decorated so elegantly and modern. Very clean. Ample amount of food provided with the stay. Specifically stayed in Abel Tasman suit, no outdoor balcony attached to the unit but great views nonetheless.

Tranquil, clean, comfortable and cozy! Stunning views with fresh breakfast food in the room every day. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed for our week stay! Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Very friendly team members who were more than happy to suggest some of their favorite local places for dinner, which we tried and really enjoyed!

What a beautiful place to stay! Could not recommend more highly and will certainly be booking again. Ingrid is a very friendly and welcoming host and the property itself is great. We loved the fresh bread, fruit and sweets, which were refilled daily! The bathroom and amenities provided were great - same (if not better) standard as a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and our room was spacious and quiet. We also loved that there were multiple spots around the property guests could use to enjoy an outdoor platter. The walk to the city was also super quick & saved us the hassle of looking for a park/needing to drive! Overall - was such great value for money for the quality of our stay ☺️

Beautiful accommodation looking out onto the lake. Loved the windows, and the house was really Clean. Loved the electric fire as well. Lovely to walk into on arrival. Loved the fresh breakfast. The environment was so peaceful and wholesome. It was just beautiful.

Beautiful views. Apartment was so well appointed with so many amenities- kitchen that was fully stocked for breakfast, washer/dryer, smart TV. We were so comfortable and loved our stay! Highly recommend.

I liked that I got the check in details earlier before I got into Queenstown. A printed copy was also left for me at the reception on the day of our arrival. It was detailed and easy to follow. Natalye was also around to welcome us. We came in on a rainy afternoon, the heater was already on at our suite which made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. There was more than enough everyday. We pretty much had all that we needed to feel at home.Ingrid and Natalye were very responsive to all communications and questions.

Wooden Venetian blinds were a little difficult to handle on the sloping windows. Smoke alarm went off when cooking in very small kitchen, sorted by keeping the door shut and using extractor fan in bathroom next door. No parking for guests.

Breakfast had plenty of choice. Views would be very hard to better. Loved the extras, beer, chocolates, etc.

Really cosy apartment, amazing breakfast! So much food. The view was really beautiful too. It's about a 10-15 min walk into the main part of town which is easy and the bus stop is right out front. The owner let us have a late checkout too which was great.

The entire setting was welcoming , modern and clean. The was not a single element that we did not like. Ingrid and her Staff were most helpful and welcoming.

The food variety provided was excellent' it was generous, fresh and nutritious, fresh juice, sour dough loaf, fresh fruit of apples and bananas, generous 250 gms of butter, fresh bacon, cookies, large jar of granola, chocolate for snacking.... amazing really. The view was picturesque, across the lake, and we were free to walk around the property to view the outlook from different angles and use the generous outdoor seating settings if we wished which were aesthetically set up within the grounds. Upon arrival the carpark area is bounded on one side by a really well painted mural of a New Zealand bird ( New Zealand Pigeon?) within a native flora setting

One of the nicest hotel stays I've had - food provisions were high quality and delicious. My room had an electric frying pan for cooking, was able to save money and cook meals here. Felt like a perfect blend of Airbnb privacy and hotel services. Very thoughtful touches everywhere. Short, but steep walk down to the water to enjoy sunrise/sunset. Highly recommend!
