Room/hallways seemed dirty, not really up to date and could do with a little tidy up! Our window was broken in our room with tap holding it together!!! Car parking was tight!!! Hard to get in and out of some parks!

The location was great being central for where we wanted to go the bed was comfortable. Great tea and coffee with pod machine facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The noisy single window near the bed. Because of the wind it was pretty noisy even though the window was shut.

Great location for my needs. Bed was comfortable. Awesome fan. I liked that it had sky tv. Very nice staff friendly and helpful. I liked being able to park on site.

Some strong smells from food cooking in the hallways, however once in room we could not smell it at all. There were 5 of us, each in our own rooms, and they were all different. Some of the bathroom sizes were very small.

Well equipped rooms. Excellent location. No parking available onsite, however we were advised where to park, which was right behind the accommodation, and it was cheaper than parking offered by Quest.

Wasn't overly clean, could benefit from a really deep clean and also some modernising, e.g paint touch ups and minor renovations. Close to the motorway so can be loud traffic noise

Location is great, albeit loud as you're close to the motorway. Beds were comfy and room had everything I needed for a short stay

I requested if I cd check out in the afternoon after my meeting but was not allowed . So I checked out @ 6am. A bit of give n take wd have made my money’s worth.

The staff were welcoming & knowledgeable. Apartment basic & clean with everything required for a short stay. The coffee machine was a nice touch. Value for money. Close to amenities.

Car parking was terrible. Very small spaces. Shower door didn’t close properly, caused the floor to become extremely wet. Tried to call the night manager several times but couldn’t get through to them.

Some road noise and activity noise from street below as single glazed windows, but inevitable due to location. Not a big deal, but would have preferred a second bedside cabinet to the oversized armchair.

The location was convenient for shops, restaurants and my work. The staff were very helpful and accommodated all our needs including holding our luggage safe into the evening of our checkout day. The apartment was adequately equipped and the daily service was good, restocking essentials. Adequate space for our needs. Little view of sea. It seemed good value for city location.

The highway traffic noise behind the building was very loud. I slept lightly. The building itself was quiet. The rooms look tired and dated.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Across the road is a lift to access Lambton Quay shopping precinct. I walked everywhere - Te Papa, Circa Theatre, Wellington Museum, Oriental Bay, Parliament House etc..There are great cafes a couple doors down from apartment building. The studio was perfect for one person/couple. It had everything I needed.

Many stairs that guests need to lift their luggages. It’s good that a female staff assisted us. But in other times, it would be difficult.

Backed onto the motorway which was at times noisy.

The location was close to the show we were going to at TSB Arena. It was also good for sightseeing to the Parliament buildings, the Cable Car and Te Papa and buses to the zoo.

The location was very good , especially as I had friends staying in a nearby hotel and was able to use the lift ( at the James Cook Hotel ) to access Lambton Quay

We booked 2 rooms. One room has a divider wall between the bed and the living area which makes the room looks smaller and confined.

The location is very central, closed to the places we wanted to visit, the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean.
