Decor starting to show age and needs a refresh, especially in bathroom. Quite a bit of road noise but not unexpected given location.

Great location, central enough to supermarkets, shops and amenities. Rooms good size and well appointed. Carpark was available and very handy.

There is a stale smell of food and cooking pervading the building - it needs extractor fans in the atrium.

It s was tired not needed some work doing to it the service was a bit slack first day was fine but one day they didn’t even service the room had to go down to reception to ask for supplies they said they had been very busy my husband drop me off at work and didn’t go back to the hotel until round 1pm he saw the cleaners were down the hallway so he didn’t stay in the room long so they had time to do it but they didn’t they came buy at 6 pm after I had gone to the reception to give us towels and the room was very busy with a lot of furniture so not a lot to walk around all so you can here the neighbours when they were in the atrium

A quiet one bedroom apartment with external balcony facing the terrace. Lampton Quay being accessible through James Cook hotel. Parking was cheaper than most and elevator straight down to the car made everything easy. Clean room, had everything that we needed. Safe and secure accommodation

Not like the photo on line, looked a bit more luxurious in the photos than it actually was. We were on the ground floor and couldn't open the curtains due to lack of privacy. Bed was smaller than expected. Shower was very small for my 6ft 3 partner :) The important things were ok ( Clean, quiet, etc) I make it sound like it was terrible, but it wasn't, it was just fine for a night before our flight.

The smell in the room, lack of floor space due to pedestal fan and air conditioner. Tiled floor area was dirty and the room had a musty odour.

Bed and pillows. Woke up both mornings with headaches.

Easy check in and all requests were adhered to. Very centralized and customer service delivered all details with specific instructions.

I felt the rooms were too cramped with floor space being taken up by an r trap cupboard and a dehumidifier- I understand why - just annoying that they weren’t build into the plan. We also felt that the rooms needed a bit of an upgrade. I would think. That quest were a certain standard - I feel this property has not been kept up to standard

Carpark is very tight, and the facilities/rooms are quite rundown. I thought the price was unreasonable given the condition of the property. Staff were friendly though.

Close to all facilities and main shopping area. Lots of eateries in the pier area, easy walking. Small basic accommodation but has all you need for 2 people, comfortable and clean.

Specially booked this property as we thought there was a swimming pool. There was access to a pool but it was not on site. At the beginning of our holiday we had stayed at Quest on Lambton and it was $50 cheaper and a better location.

Was originally in a studio apartment, however these are very small and not really suitable for a couple with luggage. The underground car park is very compact and it can be difficult to park a big car.

Very good location. Good facilities such as a gym. We asked to be moved from the studio apartment as it was very small and the staff were helpful with our request.
