The bed was terrible. 4 stayed for 4 nights and honestly couldn't wait to leave to get to a better bed and better night's sleep. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also made a loud clicking/banging noise when turned off. We either had to have it run all night, which also meant the light was on or deal with the noise.

View was excellent, the fireplace in the lounge room was a little luxury. Apparentment was nice and spacious.

The name QS Jade made it confusing as there is not actually apartments called QS Jade it was part of the Ponamu apartments. The apartment was great but could have done with an Alexa speaker to play music through and the availability of Netflix would have been good too.

The position was great an easy walk to town. Great views and a comfortable apartment.

The walls are paper thin and you can here your neighbours very easily. Even though the was a microwave there was nothing you could do but heat things up as there was no extra containers/ bowls to actually make food in.

The studio apartment was very clean and bed comfortable. It was in walking distance of all the things is Queenstown you just had to tackle a hill to get home. Even though there is no onsite contact my messages where answered quickly and efficiently.

There was dirty bowls in the sink along with a bucket of water and cloth (clearly the cleaner had forgot to check behind the door before leaving) and windows super thin so everyone walking passed talking and rolling suitcases was pretty loud. Also quite unavoidable so I wasnt too worried!

We needed a nights accommodation and booked at QS Jade The location was close to everything and the 1 Bedroom Room was what we needed for 1 Night

I missed a day because Virgin flight was diverted to Christchurch then had to pay to get back to Queenstown. Not QS problem but things that go bang in the night to ruin a good day!

Location was a problem because the shuttle driver sent me up the hill. After 40 minutes walking with suitcases I ended back at the the location very frustrating

The only downside would be that because this was booked privately, we were unable to get additional items for the room. (Extra washing powder for example) but that is the slightest of issues. We also couldn’t get google chrome to work to watch movies that we wanted.

The hand basin was clogged and we couldn’t even wash our hands without waiting for the water to drain for 5 minutes. Also, the Wifi network is unlocked and connecting to it is unsafe.

It was above the road so a little bit of road noise. Not noticeable with the tv or fireplace on. We closed the shutters of the bedroom at night and didn’t notice anything. Parking rather tight as it is at the end of the building against the wall with a protruding pipe. Other spaces much better. We did walk to the town centre in the evening but it would be too far for some . Parking can be a bit hard to find in town centre. Stairs from car park to room, no lift.

It was spacious, clean, very nicely presented and comfortable, good bed, amazing views of the lake and mountains, well equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities also good and right at door, shared with one other unit only. Romantic with fireplace. More like a home than a rented room. Parking under cover. Great sit for driving to anywhere. Would definitely stay there again

Needs some maintenance eg bathroom power point coming off the wall (dangerous), another power point was not working, tap in kitchen sink was loose and front door handle was loose.

Good standard other than maintenance issue for a reasonable price.

We were provided incorrect address details from booking.com and emails sent from us prior to arrival to confirm our booking were not responded to. On arrival though, we did receive friendly and helpful assistance from QS stays.

We loved the stunning views, the convenient location, the facilities and the layout of the apartment.

Only sharing laundry facilities and restricted times of use was a little inconvenient if you were out all day!

Lovely view and not too noisy. Walking distance to town without huge hills but Uber was cheap! Bed comfortable and warm even in the snow we hardly used the heater.

Down stairs room was a little bit stale in air when arriving but opened windows to ventilate was fine. Luckily weather was beautiful.

Sky sports TV was a pleasent supply. King bed is a beauty.

Not a big deal, but we were surprised there was no milk in the fridge. So had to go and get some. Even a few small milk watchers would have been nice. To have a coffee after a long drive , rather than get back in the car and find a supermarket

Walking distance to Queenstown. Clean and comfortable room. Booked the spa pool for 45 min no fees. Very clean. Nice view of lake and mountains. We didn’t hear traffic outside from rooms which was great.
