We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

No lift from Car park so if you have big bags you have 3 flights of stairs to get to your room. No privacy on the ground level if you have your blinds open. Have to have your blinds closed for privacy.

New ZealandIt was fiddly to get in and out of the room with the key/lock system. The glass divider on the deck between our room and next door was not replaced. Overall, the place is 'dated' needs refreshing. The bed was not comfortable. The pillows lumpy. There were soap marks (yellow soap) left on the soap caddy. Getting into the shower (over the bath) was cumbersome. No separate switch for the bathroom fan, quite noisy each time the light in there was turned on. The tables were markedly scratched or had discoloured patches. The floor visibly scratched in so many areas. Our room was right next to the busy road, noisy even in the early hours of the morning, even when the windows are all shut. :-(
The room was spacious, the view was gorgeous. The kitchen was well-equipped. The 'mini office' area was a bonus.
