Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe dishcloth. I am sorry it was shocking... while I could see it had been washed, it was not clean for kitchen. The material in the room read in a way contact with office was discouraged, given arrival time each night it appeared office was closed. Perhaps being available 4-6 pm would have meant I could have made contact and met the wonderful team who keep the place so neat and tide.
Room layout was good and comfortable. I like having a table for meal and working on. Thank you for turning on heating and leaving key in room for arrival.

New ZealandUnfortunately I saw a cockroach in my room - it was a rather large specimen. That was my only issue apart from the treatment that my friends received. Also the woman who worked the Saturday we arrived was extremely impolite to my friends who had also booked in different rooms . . . I didn't expect any hotel staff to behave this way - I have worked in many hotels myself during my lifetime and I would have been fired if I had treated any guest in this manner.
I like the location - only 5 mins walk to the square & 7 mins to Kmart, Apart from that stay was uneventful. I also like that my cats can stay with me in the room - in their own enclosures - there aren't a lot of places that allow pets now. I also had parking near my room so packing and unpacking my vehicle was easy.

New ZealandIt could have been a little warmer. The heater was pretty ineffectual unless left on for at least an hour. We expected a top up of milk which didn't happen.
Booking was simple, encounter with reception cordial although a little off-hand. Location was excellent, and the room was spacious and mainly comfortable. It was nice to come back after the initial day and find a light on and the heater on.

AustraliaVery, very dated. Shower wallboard lining broken ( mold on framing behind?). Bathroom vanity a DIY fix. Unidentified marks on bathroom walls. Old, mismatched room furniture. Windows have ' weeping windows' syndrome and tracks unclean. Room smelled Very musty, body spray did not disguise.
Helpful manager , location, heating/ plenty of hot water, comfortable bed.

United KingdomMaybe black out curtains in bedroom as outdoor pool light on all night making room lighter than we like. After opulence of the bright spa room the shower and toilet with no windows was quite the opposite.
Bright clean unit and a bonus of a very relaxing spa bath. Bed was firm and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.
