Clean and beautiful home Basic pantry supplies (salt, spices, oil, tomato sauce, milk etc) was very helpful as were the labels on all kitchen cupboards and drawers An abundance of towels and bedding was much appreciated, especially considering we enjoyed time in the spa We wanted for nothing. Best place we've ever stayed!

Absolutely a perfect dream house which has spacious Room, living rooms, a designer kitchen with detailed labelling of each drawer’s contents for user’s convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and warm house, how we wish to have longer stay..

So equipped. This home has everything you need: from spices to board games and beach toys. It feels like you are at your own home. Also very kids friendly. Ive been to a lot of airbnbs and you see some of them are very "commercial" but this one is really "home" with clean bedding. Definitely recommend

We were extremely happy with Steve’s holiday home and his friendliness. It was such an enjoyable and relaxed stay for us and the kids. The house was amazing and the spa a treat. We will definitely be contacting Steve should we have another opportunity to enjoy our time at Papamoa. Thank you for providing a home away from home😊

Everything was exceptional. Every room was carefully detailed and immaculately catered for. They even had spices, and cutlery that were the same set. Beautiful home. The beds, the towels, the entrance, the outdoor space... Thanks Steve you are just amazing.

The property was super spacious with the living areas indoor and out beautifully presented. Everything was amazingly clean. We wish we were there more to make the most of the amenities.... the spa :) Easy access to the property and Steve was great to deal with. We would love to visit again

The only thing I would say is being on the front road the bindes in the lounge are just the see though ones, It would have been nice if they had a cover that went over them but thats no biggy just a thought,

The house was really easy to find, A big double garage to put the car into, I lovely spa out the back that you can use, It was fully stocked with all the stuff you need for cooking and even serving platters, A coffee machine for those that like that, We loved the Yummy cakes that you left us.

It did have a smell in the garage, but that wasn’t a concern at all. I just thot I’d note it down just for a heads up for future guest.

Everything, the rooms, bathroom, dining, the lounge everything was spacious the tv beautiful, we enjoy every moment, the house was beautiful, it was a ten out of ten for us all. The main thing the kids had fun and didn’t want to leave, we actually sat as a family and we haven’t had that for a long time, this place is spectacular, the house, the area beautiful. Thanks Steve

Nothing. Everything was perfect and that is coming from four fussy females.

There was a welcome board at the entrance with our name on it. Gluten free friends in the fridge on arrival to share.Steve was a very helpful and accomadating host (he briefly introduced himself then left). Beds were comfortable, air con and heating was plentiful, we had everything a home should have and more. Amazing stay, probably won't look around next time in Tauranga, will just book here again if available. Very good value for money.
