Our room had great views and was very comfortable, however the kitchen cupboards needed to be updated, some didn't close well, as they were warped, toilet didn't flush to good and one of the bedside lamps had a bad plug connection... However .. these issues won't stop us staying here again... great customer service... from the front reception staff to the guys n girls that keep the rooms tidy and well stocked... I didn't have a chance to let the reception know about the above issues as they were busy... but thank you for our stay.

Great location, nice view of Auckland City. Staff were friendly. Size of room was excellent, clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the clothes washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Only 1 bathroom with shower in the bath. Dangerous with very slippery bath floor. Previous room had 2 bathrooms.

Location & helpful staff. Unfortunately there wasn’t a second room available for the first night, however we were given a second room on the second night.

The whole apartment needs a tender loving care approach, shows the age and use by many tourist users over the years. I realise it is not easy to do it in a 37 storeys building and the whole floor would have to be closed for renovations but using a dark grout in the bathroom does not hide mould, just saying. Anyhow i loved the location.

view was 15 out of ten, perfect, location the same, room facilities what we expected, walking distance to all tourist expectations. Reception personal exceptional, lovely people.

Whilst clean, it was more than a bit “tired” and could really do with a refit, whilst having every facility (dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer inc).

Good position in CBD, close enough to harbour but far enough away to be quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cleaners could do a better job as a cleaner I notice things. For example headboard not dusted. Also maintenance the window latch in lounge was broken and the heater in first bedroom was broken. Just these little things and would of been amazing as they say its the little things. Also look at placement of furniture we had to rerrange it to watch TV.

I liked the view was amazing. Also access to pool and gym were great.

It’s a bit out dated and the Permanent guests also put us off. Beautiful room once you are inside the door but would help if our second bedroom was open when we first arrived and the parking we requested was available. Also the cot we got approved for would have been good to have ready to go when we arrived not approved once we were ready to leave.

The rooms and hallways are dated and do not feel clean especially the carpets. The shower is above the tub and leaks so wet floors with limited floor bath mats. They also charge an extra bond charged which you get charged upon arrival doesn't get refunded into your account straight away. I do not recall seeing this before booking

The location is accessible, the rooms are spacious and great views of harbour and city from the floor and orientation we were. Helpful staff. There is also easy parking on site (pay extra $40 per night i think) which you need to pre book as limited.

The gym wasn’t equipped to cater for more then 3 people at one time and pool was cold, the shower over the bath was very temperamental and burnt my kids to slippery when getting out, because it’s to high

Could do with a spring clean and some jiff on the bathroom and walls. Also no parking with i thought the room came with. Maybe have the deposit come out of your account after it's cleaned not before the stay. As card details are stored.
