The bathroom basin tap was faulty very difficult to turn on and off. Shower over bath flooded the floor as the seal on the door inadequate.

The heater didn’t work properly so the room was quite cold. The plumbing system isn’t good, was very hard to flush toilet etc, a child definitely wouldn’t be able to flush them. We generally thought our toilet wouldn’t flush when we first used it.

The suites were very close to everything in town. Location was really good.

The curtains could really do with a wash, behind them were a bit dirty, few homeless people wondering outside but thats to be expected in large cities, majority were friendly as well.

The view was outstanding, we were located on the 29th floor you could clearly see the sky-tower and the main harbor. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, allowed my partner and i to check in early. The location is walking distance to Queen Street. Supermarket, shops, pubs, restaurants are very close. The noise was not an issue for us, it was a wee bit loud during Friday and Saturday night with the sliding door open but once it was closed we could barely hear anything. The balcony is not a large balcony enough room to stand on it and walk down, no option for sitting. The views are amazing so that didn't bother us to much. I would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled odd when we arrived. The towels didn't smell fresh, no hand towels, when showering the water poured onto the floor, water temperature fluctuated severely nearly scolding me, as it turned boiling hot while showering. Rooms are very dated. Room opposite us was very loud many people coming and going well into the night, no respect for others in the apartments

Couldn’t get an extra key (as there were 3 of us staying - but all had different schedules, agenda and times in and out) and it was just inconvenient for us.

The cost of parking made this place expensive. I would like to see parking costs as a filter. The info was there but I had not seen it when I booked.

Decor is tired, cupboard front falling off, sink tap very hard to us as in seizing up and constant dripping toilet needing ear plugs to sleep in the room next to it

The location of this property is fantastic and in what feels like a very safe area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the views were superb.

I was happy with my stay, the corridors felt abit old and worn but my room was great, although I was surprised that the heating and cooling were portable units and not hardwired into the room.

That it was close to the train and the Viaduct for eating. Easy to get anywhere from the location.

The bathroom lighting wasn’t the greatest and a little run down from the bath/shower perspective and we were unsure if we should turn of the air con/heat special unit so we did and it was freezing the morning otherwise a great place to stay

It seemed a bit run down. It wasn’t very clean. You could see the run marks where a cleaning agent was sprayed but not wiped properly.

The location in the CBD is great and the apartment is secure. There was a nice view over the harbour. Beds were comfortable.

Too high a floor

Great location but was on the 38 rh floor Too high for me Preferred the room I was in the week before on 28 th floor for layout , room from window
