Rooms very dated and Un clean room, mould on windows, no hot chocolate in room for kids only tea and coffee. Shower was shocking

Way finding signage really small and confusing. It's a big place and the signs are tiny. There's no info book in our room, a map would have been good, and to know there was a vending machine for snacks since no mini bar. The pool area was odd, no where to shower and change after swimming, so walked through the hotel wet in a towel which was cold in winter.

I was not happy with the hotel where we stayed, particularly with one of the receptionists. Despite knowing I was waiting to check in, he continued chatting casually with the driver, ignoring me. This made me feel embarrassed and unimportant, as it seemed his priority was enjoying the conversation rather than assisting a customer. Additionally, when I called regarding the deposit return, the person who answered was rude and unprofessional, shouting and using an angry tone. However, I must mention that the rest of the staff were nice and helpful.

Not much to fault at all! Only thing was in the email I received regarding my booking they said they would provide chocolates as we were celebrating and anniversary however none arrived. All in all great stay!

The heated pool was on the cold side. I thought all the heaters around the pool should have been on (not just one). The hot pools were nice but kids were not allowed in which it made difficult for me to enjoy as I couldn’t see/check on my son (10) while he was in the swimming pool. Therefore I only used the hot pool for 10minutes.

The indoor heated swimming pool was a hit with my son. We liked the bedroom (I read before I booked it some reviews saying the rooms were outdated) but definitely wasn’t the case with ours. The room and the bathroom were what I was expecting for the price. Also the hot pools were lovely. .Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t book it (I thought it was expensive). Staff were polite and helpful.

They have food vending machines in the hallways if you looking for bottled water or snacks after hours however both weren’t working properly. Couldn’t get any water and reception doesn’t sell any.

It was a lovely comfortable Hotel. Had a heated pool, spa facilities which were nice. It was very nice. The staff were so lovely too! So pleasant, kind and nice.

Buffet breakfast is absolutely terrible. Definately could be made up to be more attractive. More food options. Not really in line with other nice hotels

There was a ridiculous beeping noise that went all through out the night, would be good if some of the lake view suits had walk in showers for my next stay.

The pool roof was opened while we were having a morning swim and it brought the air temperature down very quickly. A bit of pre-warning would have been nice and we could have got out before the cold air got in. Also, why are hotel pillows always so big? These ones actually weren't too bad compared to others I have experienced but what global rule says everyone likes a massive pillow?

The greeting on arrival was excellent and all the staff we encountered in the lobby were very helpful. The room was functional but that was all that was expected as we booked a cheap deal and we were only there for 1 night.

Pool was rather cold for the current temperature. There isnt spa facility for kids, which makes it a bit difficult for a family.

Friendly staff. Check in was delayed so they offered complimentary drinks, which was a kind act.
