That I couldn't stay longer!

Outstanding views, super comfortable bed and amazing host. Easy check in and the place has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in peace and quiet. The roar of the sea will put you to sleep. Place warmed up in no time with the heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. To top it off there is a spa bath with a view! Sky TV with movies and bluetooth speaker. You really just need your wine, snacks, pjs and a book.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location with magnificent views, the bed was extremely comfortable, excellent heating and a great shower. Lisa was extremely helpful with any questions that we had. We were made to feel most welcome.

A very spacious place. A superb location with huge windows looking out to an impressive view. The heated bathroom tiles were very welcome on the morning that it was 0 degrees. The kitchen was well appointed and the large fridge appreciated.

The fridge made a little noise in the night but it was okay so far.

The apartment is beautiful, big and spacious with large windows and a marvellous view. We liked all, especially the comfortable bed, the bathtube with whirlpool and the ocean view. The last morning there was an awesome and spectacular sunrise with rainbow, the best ever we had. From Kaka Point we could visit easily many places of the Katlins, so we loved it. The responsable woman was very helpful and friendly, f.e. with the key and all our questions.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of minor things we noted: We needed tea towel and kitchen sponge/ something to wipe the bench with. Also more soap in the bathroom and we'd found a spider in the kitchen.

The location is perfect with an amazing view out to sea. Inside is very comfortable, with reclining chairs positioned to take in the view, two seater dining table, comfortable bed, kitchenette with stove top, fridge & microwave (no oven), a great shower and a luxurious spa bath with a view! Everything you could want with some lovely thoughtful extras (candles, robes, footstools). Host Lisa is just a text away if you need anything, but has honestly already thought of everything. Absolutely would love to come back.

Pity local eatery wasn’t open the nights we stayed… Some maintenance required ie edge of carpet lifting, split in wall paper towards bathroom…

It was perfect. One small extra would be a chopping board.

Spectacular views along the beach and across the sea. Lovely balcony overlooking the coast. Very comfortable king size bed. Well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge with reclining chairs. Large bathroom with shower and spa pool. Our favourite stay so far on our tour of the South Island.

Great location with excellent view. Room had plenty of space, including kitchen and good seating area. Really comfortable bed! Perfectly clean. Kaka Point is a good location for exploring the Caitlins

Proximity to the road, some traffic noise early evening and morning. A heated towel rail would have been nice to dry towels properly. Shortage of glassware.

The views from the apartment were stunning with a panoramic lookout over the beach. Spacious and fairly well equipped and an extra treat to have the spa bath. Some extra thoughtful additions such as a telescope, footstools and comfortable reclining chairs which was nice at the end of a days walking. Very large and comfortable bed which for us is a top priority.
