We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandI’ve been a professional housekeeper in the past and I noticed when using the bathroom to apply make up that there was green grime around the bottom of the taps on the bathroom which could’ve easily been removed with Jiff and an old toothbrush. There were brown marks and a brown substance up high on the bathroom wall which could’ve been removed by a mop by the cleaners before we arrived and also there was mould in the grout around the bath which made the spa bath unappealing. A good spray with some bleach in the grout could probably fix that problem. I just noticed these things because as I mentioned I was previously a professional cleaner myself and I would’ve cleaned these things before letting any guests stay. Perhaps have a talk with housekeeping about these things, it would’ve made a huge difference to our stay if I hadn’t of noticed these things.
It was close to the location we were headed to for a function so it was very convenient. It was comfortable and tidy and the coffee in the sachets was nice. We liked the large screen TV and the free wifi available. There was a heater if you’re cold and a fan in the wardrobe if you’re hot. The bed was very comfortable. We used the microwave to heat our food and there’s also a toaster etc but no sink so you need to get water from the bathroom for a coffee. We were delighted to see a spa bath when we arrived but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it as we only stayed one night.

The room was huge and incredibly clean. It was a bit run down, but the size and obvious care put into it made up for it. It was like cute art deco surrounded by boutiques and cafes. Yes run down but so much better than I expected.

New ZealandNot in all nfairness a complaint for the pricing, but car park is remote if you're worried about security. Some noise from flat upstairs and internal gutters when it rained, may annoy some, but it is what it is.
Competitive pricing in comparison with other local facilities and fits the bill if you need three beds. Large bathroom. Lady we dealt with was very helpful and even had the heater own before we arrived. Very close to local eating facilities and the beach.

It was close to my sons place. Also close to the beach and shops. My wife had just come out of hospital so the ground floor was good for access. Fortunately we were able to extend our stay by one night.

New ZealandHad hot water for a bath one night and the second night had a cold bath as there was no hot water. The water pipes make loud disturbing noises which woke us up and just before we were about to fall asleep I suddenly become awake from the loud noise. The milk in the fridge was open and frozen.
