You should type the password rather than write it. You couldn't distinguish between capitals or if it's numeral 0 or the letter O. There was also no sink or dish washing liquid to clean dishes.

the people in both rooms beside me were noisy music playing all night & people coming & going all hours. This pissed me right off as I was traveling for work having early morning starts I was needing sleep & got sweet FA.

We moved couch got some food under it. I had to pay $30 extra for the exact same bed structure. I was told we would get 2 x single beds but sleeper couch was kept as is. Not sure why I had to pay extra if it was kept the same. Also till late at night and early morning there was banging above us. Also like someone running the whole time. Plugs in bathroom didn't work and hairdryer didn't work.

Bathroom floor didn't appear clean, long hair and crumbs on it, felt tacky to walk on. Plus shower seemed old & mouldy. No teatowels or way to dry your clean dishes. Was also very road noisy.

Helpful reception staff, easy access in & out of room and liked having a opening door & windows. Comfy beds.

Booked disabled room. Shower rail was broken so staff swapped into other disabled unit. Unfortunately this unit had a terrible smell which we should have complained about but didn’t. Toilets are too low even though there is a rail very hard to pull up on. Grab rail from shower was too far away from seat. Bathroom floor was dirty. No extra blankets in room - was cold. Staff didn’t make bed on second day. We were then charged for a dent in the rubbish tin which we didn’t do. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Parking spaces were a bit narrow but I guess not everyone drives small cars 😄.

We attended an concert at the Event Finder Stadium about a 18min walk from this motel. So location was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. So glad for the air conditioning. The kitchenette was really good too have although we didn't use it because of our short stay.

Plenty of traffic noise, fairly certain there were families there in transitional accommodation. Bit of noise. Bathroom was fairly clean but a bit tired.

Rooms were dated, well past when they should have been refurbished. Price was exorbitant for the class of rooms presented. No facilities close by for meals, location was poor and rooms were sub standard

THE PARKING WAS RIDICULOUSLY TIGHT! No aircon Very limited room servicing. There were several spiders in the room. The sky box was mounted behind the TV so the remote only worked when very close.

Friendly staff at reception. The location was great for our needs. Had a rear door opening onto a pleasant grassy courtyard.
