There are some minor communication issues between what is described on booking.com and what the hotel staff are aware of. These are all solved by the staff.

The room has been refurbished, especially the bathroom, and looks good. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to all the attractions. The room was clean, and the air conditioning, fridge, and hot water worked perfectly. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. The entire staff, especially Srijana and Sabin, were incredibly friendly, gracious, and attentive. They always greeted me warmly and assured me that they were available to assist with anything I needed. They even arranged for a cab to take me to the airport. I highly recommend this place!

Actually everything is good there is nothing as such that we didn’t like . May be food can be improved a little .

Their welcoming attitude . Professional and extremely helpful . Spacious room and very comfortable and relaxed . Every person from the staff to reception and Mr Jeevan took great care of our stay . They also arranged the cab for us to drop us to airport on their behalf . And what is most impressive is the humility to present us with a Nepali scarf as guests on our departure from Kathmandu .

Sound proofing was quite poor at the property and it was quite noisy.

We stayed here several nights after our trek, and it was just amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, and the facilities great (water boiler, thee, coffee, water). Bathroom as per western standards: clean, toilet paper, hair dryer, hot water,... . The breakfast was very good, with choice between vegetarian and non-vegeterian. Good quality products. Location right in Thamel, in a calm side street, which led to silent nights as well. We had a great time and would come back here without hesitation.

The location is a bit secluded but its walking distance to main street of Thamel, which is a big pro.

Rooms are really big room for the price you paid. Hot water shower is good. The staff is very helpful & not pushy at all. In house restaurant serves food till 9.30pm which is really helpful if you reach late.

They forgot to tell us that breakfast was not included (the information in the room says that it is included, so we got a surprise at the end of our stay). Breakfast has everything and coffee is good! Breakfast tables are a bit dirty.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They helped us with finding cheap laundry service, local rate taxi, sending a package to Europe etc. The room was nice and spacious.
