Air conditioning could not be regulated. It was really cold in the apartment (18°C) and we weren't able to regulate the heating by ourselves. Had to write to the owners who sent someone to regulate it. The loft is on rooftop with the only access over 2 very steep staircases. There was a fire alarm but no fire extinguisher.

Nice, really good furnished apartment. Very near to train station and city center. Supermarket nearby. Owners very helpful.

The blinds were there but not full black out

We stayed in 3 bedroom. It was neat and clean and very close to city centre. It was on ground floor so easy to carry luggage. Grocery store next door.

Hard to maneuver inside as the ceiling is heavily slanted in several places. Easy to hit your head. Very steep stairs up from the entry way tricky to navigate with luggage.

Location was fabulous. Quiet building and street close to downtown core. Clean apartment, newly renovated. Indoor lighting was fantastic. All appliances worked well. Shower was great. Windows easy to open and close. Good value.

Nothing - perhaps a toaster and a microwave would be useful. It will also be nice to have had some fresh coffee available to have been able to use the coffee machine.

After a long day of driving you don’t expect to arrive and have to make your own bed. Then to have to strip it in the morning.

Location was good, great to have a washing machine and dryer.

We stayed here the day we landed. I worried about parking before we arrived but it was very easy (although somewhat expensive)-- you pay to park below a nearby performing arts venue. We stayed in the top floor unit (2 bedrooms). Unless you are using the second bedroom for small children, somebody is going to hit their head on the ceiling-- be prepared to crouch. The ceiling by the couch in the living room is also very low. I think this is very typical of top floor units in Bergen. This was OK for us but if you are older and less agile it might be a problem.

We would have liked some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang things and a shelf in the shower would be good to store shampoo etc. The bedroom Venetian blind looks like it needs replacing. The slats were bent. An extra pillow for reading in bed would be good.

The location was excellent with a supermarket close by. The apartment was easy to access via the instructions given. The apartment was good and comfortable for our short 3 night stay. We liked having a washing machine and separate dryer and especially a clothes drying rack. It was good to have an electric kettle. We appreciated having an instruction booklet for the accommodation.

The second bedroom was quite small.

This apartment was in a fantastic location for exploring Bergen. It was in a quiet location, but close to restaurants and walking distance to central Bergen. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Too many orders what to do before check out. Don't know why this is so. With all these instructions one feels like a cleaner and not a guest. Air conditioning was impossible to set.

We loved EVERYTHING!

Renovated rooms - especially bathroom. Great shower which is a must on holiday. Kitchen area made it easy for lunch and breakfast at the apartment before heading out. Quick replies by the owners and great service. Was able to check in early and leave bags on our last day in a very secure place.

room temperature gets a bit warm at night, seems like it wouldn't change even if you try to adjust with the thermostat. Doesn't have parking spot available for guests' use right in front.

The kitchen is missing equipment, such as microwave, toaster, potholder, dish for the oven... So coocking was a little bit tricky !

We would have liked to have access to the basics to cook (salt and pepper, olive oil, vinegar) instead of having to buy everything.

The apartment is cozy and very clean. The living room is warm and nice. The beds are really comfortable. The location is very good, you can walk everywhere. We had the best time!
