Smelly room and room bathroom. no soap in the bottles, much snoring from others. I was given a bed that was already occupied then switched to an empty one.

I was in a mixed room and one of the guys was super weird and disrespectful of the common spaces and constantly making noises.. I felt a bit unsafe as a woman but in the end nothing happened so it was oke ish.. Really depends on who you share the room with. Also the bathroom's door was awful, you could here almost everything.

Super location, the centre is easily reachable by foot in 15 minutes. Was quite cleaned and with nice shared spaces.

The room was exceptional. Large, clean, and comfortable.The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too. And the location was ideal. Close to both the town centre and train station.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Being on the top floor, the room got extremely hot during the summer days. Apart from that, everything was great and we would still recommend the hotel.

We had a really nice quick vacation. The hotel was lovely, the staff were always helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent — close to all the main attractions and the city centre. Would definitely recommend.

Power outlets at bed didn’t work, room was very dirty on arrival and after a clean not much better, shower water wouldn’t drain needs drain cleaning, and didn’t feel overly safe being outside at night lots of creepy people outside entrance area.

Location was handy to train station, bed was comfy, and privacy good with partial surround.

They've only got USB outlet by your bedside, regular outlet would be more convenient for everyone. And there's no curtain for each bed, but the bunk itself somehow provides some privacy, luckily, all my roommates are females.

The room was not cleaned properly, we requested to clean it again but it was not cleaned, we also have requested to be cleaned in the second and third day but it was not cleaned. The stuff are very busy due to shortage and the hostel needs to hire more personnel. The fire alarm was triggered on at 4:00 am due to ignorant smokers.

People smoke marijuana in the rooms, and the front desk doesn't do anything. The bathrooms are very dirty; there's only one bathroom for a room with six people. Anyone, even homeless people, could enter the front desk.

I wouldn’t recommend this hostel overall. The room lacked basic cleanliness — the floor was dusty, the beds creaked loudly, and the air felt stale due to poor ventilation. There were no lockers in the dorm, which made it feel insecure, and the bunks didn’t have privacy curtains or individual lights, which made resting uncomfortable. The kitchen was barely usable, with very limited utensils and a generally grimy atmosphere plus 0 ventilation. While the location was decent, the overall experience didn’t justify the price or the photos online.

- The room was way too hot, the AC was not working properly. It was pretty unbearable and it was not even a warm evening. - The bathroom and bedroom were not at all clean - It seemed to be quite understaffed, one person on the check-in desk who seemed a bit overworked
