The parking is about a 4minute walk from the hotel across cobbled stones in places. We couldn’t drive out the front to drop our bags (of which we had lots due to a long trip) so we had to carry them all the way to the apartment. The staff were so helpful though and kindly helped me with this. All in all a very nice hotel.

Gorgeous apartment in the executive suite. Massive lounge and great location with views over the canal. Staff were extremely kind and helpful 10/10.

The room's decor was an assembly of some pieces of furniture that, in my view, didn't quite match, but I am not an interior design expert.

Very comfortable, large bed, excellent location close to the city center. But above all, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who accommodated every single request I had (late check-in, an extra blanket, additional toiletries, help ordering a taxi). Not to mention that I forgot a personal item in the room, and they contacted me and offered to ship it to my address.

Bathroom is too small and I do not like shower curtains. Also it’s a bit noisy from outside during the night and early morning.

Air-Con was installed but not yet operational, so the room was a little bit warm. The fan supplied was a good stop gap.

The room temp was a bit cool at night, so we should have asked for some extra blankets. This didn’t affect our scoring though, as I’m sure the hotel would have been more than helpful had we asked.

The penthouse apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. It contained everything we needed and was very comfortable. The layout was a bit tricky with two small kids (2 and 5 years old) as the second bedroom is a loft up steep circular stairs, but the apartment also contained fold down bunk beds just outside the main bedroom. With older kids (6+) it would have been fantastic. Breakfast in the cafe next door was simple but lovely and great quality. Location was excellent, right next to the vismarkt.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We arrived late, they were so helpful with online keys. Bed was amazing and the room beautiful. Really good location 10 min walk from the train station.

Really steep stairs, which is not really the hotels fault which I understand. Also the room was very HOT at night as the Air Conditioning was not to be used. The receptionist did explain the system couldn't cope. Not really my problem though.

We liked the distance from the train station, 10 minute brisk walk. Very pretty area next to the canal and easy access to the town centre.

Fully serviced apartment layout right near the main areas of Groningen. With such an accessible city it’s easy to stay anywhere but the location of these apartments are fantastic. Full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as laundry facilities within the apartment made for a very comfortable stay.

Spacious, light filled and well ventilated rooms with light from two sides. Fine remodel using best practices and preserving a calm feeling.

breakfast was only served after 08:00hr, while I had to catch my bus daily at 8:15h.

Nice and large apartment with excellent bed. Welcome tea or coffee well appreciated.
