Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room is very comfortable, the shower is great. The views from the room and hotel are great. The lobby and bar is very relaxed and nice space to chill out. They also offer free drinks from a fridge downstairs.

United KingdomRoom felt a bit small compared to other hotels in the same group that I have stayed at. Anyone used to the standard of restaurants in Mercury hotels or Novotels in France will be disappointed with the offering here. Location is a little off putting especially if you travel to the hotel on public transport. Hotel is next to an empty construction site and student accommodation.
Reception staff friendly and helpful. Bed typical for Accor Group, king size, comfortable. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Housekeeping good standard.

About 5mins on train from city centre and about a 10min walk to metro. Bit out of the way but bot cheaper than the city centre and a really nice hotel, especially for families. Short walk to reach the river and nice walk along there into town.

AustraliaAir conditioning was seemingly faulty, making the room feel stuffy at times. Strange paintings on the walls which felt authentic however a little bit off putting in the bedroom. Location was not ideal if you were planning to see/do things around Amsterdam city central.
Well kept hotel with clean rooms & thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff & quiet location. Bike hire available, making exploring extra exciting. Definitely a must do in Amsterdam!
