The towels smelt a little funny and the air conditioner went off without a card which left the room very warm.

The hotel is located immediately outside the station which is very convenient but the area was a little rough. Rough sleepers and people breaking into bins to try and get cans.

The staff welcome was pretty cold. If you don't use the spa and don't need to be super close to the train station , then it's not great value for money.

The hotel was fantastic. We booked a spa room @ the Jacuzzi was brilliant. We also used the pool up top & the sauna & steam room. Weather was very good & were able to sit on the loungers on the roof top & soak up the rays. The hotel is right next to the train station so we used that to & frm airport & getting to Amsterdam. Big huge shopping mall just across from hotel. In walking distance plenty of restaurants & bars. We loved our stay

The staff was a bit slow when checking in. Nothing major, but we were in a bit of a rush. The views were towards the train tracks so it could be a bit noisy.

Very close to the train station so it's perfect if you want to catch an early train. The room was comfortable and we had no problems with our stay. Would book this place again!

Layout was a bit odd with toilet around the corner by entrance door but not a major

I wish people could be persuaded not to get in the lift still in their swimming gear, dripping wet. Any other comments would be small niggles. The odd plug socket doesn't work, but this really had no impact on us.

Our rooms were great - spacious, with comfortable beds and well-appointed shower rooms. Proximity to Utrecht Centraal was useful and didn't detract overly from the views beyond the railway line (being on the 9th floor helped) Staff were very friendly, especially in the breakfast room.

Got probably the worst room in the hotel, vending machine built into a niche in the room, constant noise from the cooling device. Reception refused to change to another room, although we already arrived at lunchtime. Booking advertises City view, but this is just a naming convention of Inntel Hotels for the room category, we looked onto the railtracks. Located on a bicycle street, very difficult to access by car to drop off luggage. Cannot park bicycles at Hotel or even in front of hotel, five minutes walk to the next fietsenstalling Valkenburg. Breakfast ok, but not up to the level you would expect for 25€.

All new and excellent standard, super sound proof doors and windows. Easy walking distance to downtown.

Nothing that we didn’t like, more towels perhaps and also limited amenities, no conditioner and body lotion felt watered down, didn’t impact the stay, but would of appreciated a higher standard here considering the price.

The property is in a great location, easy to navigate around the city and close parking near by. The facilities were really good, easy access to iron and board also on each floor, which was different but very convenient!

On my last morning I decided to have breakfast in the hotel to my cost I didn’t check the price first and was then horrified to find that the breakfast for two was 50 euros. Nice breakfast not definitely not 50 euros! Also I had kettle in room but no cups just glasses.

I appreciated the location of the hotel, the XL room was good size, bathroom very good and clean. The pool was wonderful and relaxing.
