You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumDuring 2 days i had an death spider in fronf of my bed and the clean personal dedn't clean it :-) No big water bottle on the bar service.
Personal service is very funny but they ra more worry to catch money than give a nce service. Probably because of pressure of the boss.

United KingdomDangerous sharp metal light shades on the bed head. I banged my head and was lucky not to cut it open. The same metal covered the toilet roll and I bruised my arm when sitting down on the toilet. This should be investigated.

IndiaNo electric kettle was given first. So i had to take boiled water from counter. A staff told me I have to pay 3 euros for water. But I told the kettle is not given, then they gave me a kettle. This is not what suppose to happen. The hotel staff have to make sure the room do have all the required items.

United KingdomComes with the location, but being just next to a bar it was noisy until late, at least one am. Room was small, so bed was against the wall meaning it was harder for one of us to get in and out. But overall, I'd stay again if I was in town for a night and had evening plans. Probably not for longer.
