MalaysiaStaff service very bad. Check in around 3pm room not ready even when they have ready rooms. After 30 minutes of waiting went to counter only then they gave me a room. Was angry cause a foreigner that was behind my Q got his room without waiting. Will I have to wait for mine.

MalaysiaI am so frustrated n angry coz i booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 nights frm book.com.But when I came down for breakfast ,The Malay lady staff stopped me n say There is no breakfast for me.inspite of me showing the confirmation slip frm book.com frm my phone..This embarassed me n it happened for 2 conservative days.(Sat 15 th June n Sunday 16th June 2024)But after much haggling then I was allowed to have breakfast with my family.It really spoils my Raya Haji holiday.Sad me.
Breakfast is good.Hotel is near eateries n mall. It is just walking distance frm hotel to shops. So easy.Not too many people so not crowded n noisy.Bed is nice n good pillows.Toilet is clean n very nice shutter window.Night view frm hotel room 411 n 412 is lovely.Happy to get a connecting room as requested.

MalaysiaThe guest lift broke down. But the staff were very helpful in assisting in using the staff lift. The hot water line broke/came off under the sink iny room early in the morning. So, hot water was spraying and puddling in my bathroom. But the maintenance staff was quick to arrive n rectify the problem Thank you to the maintenace and housekeeping staff. But the hotel did not offer me any compensation or complimentary anything for this mishap...

United KingdomI stayed in room 601. The safety box was not lockable, the basin rims was covered with black stains/ moulds all around and there were stains in the shower room wall n floor also. The shower hose was leaking. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl and the toilet paper was in very poor quality and the ironing board was very old & small. The breakfast buffet was very local with limited Choices and they seemed been sitting there forever it doesn’t matter if I got there 7am or 9am and often with no refill for the empty pots and the half boiled eggs were too raw to consume and sometimes the clear soup for noodles was lukewarm it didn’t serve the purpose! The staff often standing there and never offered any service! Overall, the facilities and the services don’t match with a 4* hotel.
Hotel Location is excellent! Many shops and restaurants all around the hotel and there is also a big supermarket across the road and the MRT station is few minutes walk from the hotel!! There is a small pool on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and queen room comes in good size and with all you need such as mini fridge, tea making facilities, ironing board and safety box etc.
