We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe noise coming from the next room shower is loud and disturbing, especially if next-door guests take a shower in the middle of the night. The sliding doors of the shower area do not close snugly, resulting in some water coming out of the shower area wetting the bathroom. The location is a little distance from shops and eating places.
The hotel maintains its cleanliness very well. Its hot/cold/room temperature water dispenser at every floor works well. The beds are firm and comfortable. Staff are friendly.

I suggest that the paintings in the hotel bedroom be of flowers or other more traditional subjects, rather than abstract art.
