Outstanding value for money. Very clean, very spacious, ideal for 2 cuples or family with 2-3 child. Located in City Center, very close to big mall, restaurants and so on. The infinity pool from 51th floor was nice :)

It's a nice spacious apartment near Petronas towers. It was clean, nice equipped kitchen. The main plus of this apartment it's a super cool pool on the rooftop. Also, hotel worker Abir helped us a lot with washing machine. Thanks again.

There was repairs on the other apartment which they made a lot of noise and it was difficult to relax , they started at 9 in the morning till 6 for three days without notification to the guests.

It is clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing especially Amir whom he welcome us and he came to talk to us to see how was everything before check out. The location is great ,only 10 min walk to KLCC. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend this property

Pool a bit busy sometimes.

Friendly host very helpful (Abir) excellent communication, well informed and overall very happy with service. We had 2 bedroom apartment well serviced cleaned, on the 31st floor with fantastic view. The furnishings were better than the website. Overall has enjoyed our stay so definitely book again in the near future.

We had to (try to) call maintenance three times: firstly, a blocked shower drain, which was fixed quickly; secondly, the washing machine kept tripping the power with our clothes inside. After waiting around 7 hours without any sign of the maintenance team coming, I managed to mess around with it and fix it myself. Thirdly, the bathroom tap leaked. After a few days (I did say that it wasn't a big problem and there was no rush) the team came around, tried to fix it, made the problem worse, and then never returned.

The location is great, just on the outskirts of KLCC, with the park and towers (which we had a view of) on one one side and Kampung Baru on the other. The apartment is large and comfortable with some basic supplies, although there were no plates or glasses. The rooftop pool is fantastic and the gym, although small, is good. We thought it represented good value for money. The customer service on Whatsapp are very responsive and good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. What truly made the stay special was the exceptional service. I especially want to mention Abir, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Everything was perfect.

We travel often and so far have stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is probably in our top 3. Our room was big and beautiful, impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was superkind and helpful (Abir and Jaya). Location is perfect - Petronas twins, KLCC park and Suria KLCC are only couple of minutues of walking away. Also, you have a beautiful view of Petronas Twins from rooftop pool.
