Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, great rooms in a local style building. It was really well kept up! Just a great place, for sure will go back! Super close to Jonker, but it was quiet on a Saturday and Sunday night.

Really well maintained Staff super friendly and welcoming. Even though no lift on site, they promptly helped us with our luggage during the check in Beautiful decoration and rooms quite nice, and daily cleaning was well done, apartments smelling great ! Parking we had no issue , 4-5 slots available and we used it with no problem whatsoever even though it was a public holiday.

SingaporeOur rooms were on the third floor and there are no lifts. Stairs are steep. It is not suitable for seniors to stay here. Didn't like that the screens / toilet glass walls in the rooms were not fully covered by film sticker. One part of the toilet glass there was vertical blinds, which didn't fully provide privacy. The film of the toilet doesn't start from the top of the glass panel. As the bed is placed next to the bed, we had the light shine on our face if someone switches on the light at night. There wasn't a night light. One switch controls all the lights. You are either in total darkness or have bright lights on.
The rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable and decor is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful.

For us, it was perfect. My only caveat would be that if you find stairs a problem, this would be a difficulty. And I would have loved to have more detailed information on the history of the house and its use.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, cheerfully served in pleasing surroundings. The hotel has been carefully and well restored, the room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The hotel is quiet, excellently located within walking distance of points of interest. We greatly appreciated the way the restoration of the hotel had preserved its historical character. Altogether we have had a delightful stay in a charming place, and could not be more satisfied!

United KingdomFor those with mobility issues , the stairs can be a challenge. There are no lifts. On site Parking is limited to 4 spaces behind.
Very strategic location, walkable to Jonker in minutes yet situated on a quiet exclusive Heeran street. It was very very clean . Building inside was renovated with minimalistic decor , which helps with keeping the place clean. Rooms were spacious. It is not overcrowded, which is very nice . Staff were very attentive , and smiley , always willing to help.
