Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaCan provide more cooking wok and pot, floor mats, hand towels and toilet tissues. Would be better if there is no extra charge for towels. Would be better if the request for extra floor mats and hand towels were delivered sooner (being more responsive, probably). Would be better if the loading bay is available always. During my stay, there was someone's car at the loading bay, causing inconvenience for the unloading of luggage.
Clean, comfortable, spacious, staff were friendly and contactable, many available parking lots. Will consider for my next stay :D

MalaysiaThis ads actually combined 2 property. One villa i. e. Barrington villa and 3 storey terrace house i. e. Bourgenvilla villa. We booked the whole property and expected Barrington villa but was given the bourgenvilla as booking for Barrington villa can only be made on booking for room basis. You need to pay deposit of rm100. For a more than 30 pax guests, space for dining and gathering are quite limited. Only one room (one queen and bunker bed) and at ground floor for elderly or disable. Since bourgenvilla is a terrace house, any outdoor activities could disturb the neighbors. In the ads, u can see 2 types of furnitures. The better one actually in the Barrington villa. No washing machine. Road to this house will pass by road near to pasar malam so quite a traffic. Hot water some time not available at level 2. Maybe has been utilized by ground floor and 1 floor.
The kitchen was spacious, space for activities & photos in between 2 villas (but too close to neighbourhood), enough beds for more than 30 pax and could bring extra totos for kids. Has water filter and fridge. Walking distance to pasar malam.

First of all, the stay was great and quite affordable. It's really value for money. Second, I'm quite impressed there is an elevator provided so it is really bonus for guests who have elderly member or have quite big/heavy luggage. Facilities provided are almost complete such as towels, soap, iron, fridge, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, basic utensils and etc. They provide hot shower, but it seems my room was faulty. So, we bath with a bit of cold shower. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. Third, the room was quite spacious and clean. Walking distance to the famous pasar malam (night market), around 10 minutes but preferable parked your vehicle around the corner or entrance of night market. Parking space provided but need to pay RM3.
