Private pool not really needed, had lots of leaves in. Would recommend renting a car for wet season as we had a lot of rain and taxis are very expensive wanting $14usd to town for 4 minute journey, lots drive off when trying to haggle

Amazing hotel, really nice to have lots of space. We booked the apartment style 2 story room for a good deal for a week and loved it. Daily breakfast delivered to your room. Pool area nice. Nicest hotel of our whole trip could really relax in the room.

It is a developing area so the electricity cut off once. The shower was cold at times but was welcomed due to the very hot weather.

The Hotel is beautiful, located in the aldea Zamá very close to Tulum pueblo and beaches . The staff was very courteous. Also the breakfast was a plus!

There was no hot water during our stay, and the furnishings were not as comfortable as they were beautiful. Taxis are EXPENSIVE in the area, so it is worth renting a car if you will be staying very long.

The landscaping and the room were beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cold shower and you are in a strange no man land as the area is in the process of building restaurants around it. Small thing, TV remote was missing. But you don't go to a hotel to watch TV.

The rooms are amazing and the staff were very nice. Breakfast in your room was also a nice touch.

On our first evening it was very noisy due to a generator being used all night in the event of power cut. If you area light sleeper not the place for you. The pool is very small and not great for sunbathing unless you are the first there.

We loved the location of the property. It was in an area with nice cafes and restaurants. Fitalicious was great for breakfast. The apartment was spacious and had attractive design. The staff were friendly. The gardens were lush and the property was well maintained. For the price a decent property.

Breakfast took nearly an hour to receive. The pool is small but nice. The location is questionable. The main drag is about a 20min walk and the ruins more than a 30 min cycle.

Just a little bit of noise from the cars and scooters, must close all doors windows when going to bed. No alcohol was allowed in the pool like show in the pictures. No bar in the pool area and you can’t bring your own buzz neither

The breakfast was good, but on the 2nd when I asked for tea instead of coffee, on the 3rd day I have recevied again coffee instead of tea.

The hotel is perfect! Large living area and a seperate sleeping area. Huge balconies with spectacular green views. It's only a 10 minute walk from the main town, and 5 minutes from a new dining and shopping precinct. The communication between guests and hotel was exceptional. I didn't catch the name of the host but he was amazing. Very friendly, very helpful. Even helped me start my scooter when I was stuck.

We had some slow communication rom the staff before our stay. We had some date changes we needed to ask about and didn't get a replies for days at a time. HOWEVER, when we arrived, the wonderful Daniel who was working the front desk more than made up for it. He helped us with our issue and gave us so much helpful information about the town to make our stay fantastic.

The hotel was exceptional. The pool and design of the property was beautiful. Very modern but still homely. There is so much greenery everywhere, it's like having your own private jungle! Very relaxing space to be in and the beds were comfortable too. Also, the shower was great. Good pressure as water pressure is something that many properties seem to struggle with across Mexico (this is our experience from five stays in the Yucatan Peninsular area).

Very nice looking apartament placed in a quite zone. Tulum center is about 15-20 minute by foot and there are bicycle rentals in the area if you plan to explore Tulum hotel zone or Mayan ruins.

Perhaps more cooking pans and utensils in unit 301. The TV is in the bedroom not the living room which is OK if you want to watch a movie in bed. It would be nice to have it on the wall across from couch so you don't disturb someone sleeping in to catch the news or stay up late to finish a Netflex series.

The lush plants and outdoor space. The European breakfast is good, we were able to cook some dinners on the gas stove. The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. We were in unit 301 for 12 days, it had a nice large balcony to sit and people watch or enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise. The maintenance and cleaning staff are always working to keep the grounds in the best condition. Daniel on the front desk is extremely helpful ! His English is good, he doesn't hesitate to offer suggestions to enjoy your time in Tulum. The pool area is nice and well maintained.

Beautiful apartment in gated area. You can use a taxi, but a rental car makes this location easier to reach. Very recommended!

The bedrooms rooms facing the street may be a bit noisy, but not too bad. For some time there was no hot water in the shower but it was quickly solved.

Amazing stay, we especially enjoyed the apartment at Zereno - spacious, new and stylish. The location is convenient, the place is in the newly built area and is not too far from the beach nor the main street of Tulum. The staff at the hotel are amazing - Joel and Daniel made our stay so much better: they were super helpful with our needs - arranging us rental bikes, helping us with any questions.
