The room was bigger and nicer than the photos depict. The breakfast and coffee prepared daily was always very tasty and fresh. The staff was very helpful in accommodating requests. Excellent pool and outdoor set up. Location was great--close to the beach, the airport, a variety of restaurants and taxis to access the rest of PE.

There was not a thing that we did not like.

We loved the authenticity of the apartment as well as the outdoor area of the complex. César and Tony have been great hosts that attended to every need we had: Taxi and activity services as well as guidance to which beach we could visit.

There was not a thing that I can say about our experience that was negative. It truly exceeded our expectations.

This was truly the perfect spot for a relaxing, refreshing vacation. The Bed & Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely spotless. Tony and Cesar were so helpful, giving us great advice for day trips. Tony’s breakfast each morning was truly a delight. Fresh food for the market Made with such care. The property is a short walk to three different beaches, as well as several restaurants. Sometimes we took a taxi and went to other areas of Peurto Escondido. So all in all, I felt like we had the best of everything. We will absolutely be back. This was truly a gem. I would highly recommend coming here. On a sidenote, the Wi-Fi is super solid. I had to conduct a few work related meetings via zoom and didn’t have any problems at all. At Cesar suggestion, we even took a few day trips that were awesome. Truly, we had six of the best days ever. What a treat. A huge thank you to Tony and Cesar for such a wonderful bit of paradise in Peurto Escondido.

We had an incredible stay at Zandoyo BnB. Our hosts Tony, Mane and César went above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. The property is situated within an easy walk to multiple beaches, including Playa Carizallio and Coral. A few other highlights include the delicious breakfast, Oaxacan coffee and a peaceful pool with shade from the mango tree. César was very helpful with logistics during our stay too, and assisted with car hire and shuttle bus booking. We would stay again.

It was a really quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The room was very clean and nice. All of the facilities were great, like the outdoor patio and kitchen space. We really enjoyed the pool and terrace. Breakfast was delicious every day! The hosts were very kind and helpful. I would 100% return!

Zandoyo is a hidden gem within the “hidden” port. This place has all the comforts, food, and resources of a home if not more! Cesar, Tony, and Mane were so accommodating and the space was very well-organized. They had everything we needed to feel at ease—making us delicious breakfasts M-F (worthy of a cookbook!), providing heat and ice packs after my partner was injured from surfing, and helping us book a reliable taxi service to the airport. Moreover, they were located close to many beaches, restaurants, markets, and ATMs. The accommodation is designed very well, from the bohemian decor to the beautiful dishware. There's a terrace at the top to enjoy a book overlooking the beach and a pool to cool down at the end of the day. There are two kitchens, one inside and one outside, to make your meals. They're very organized, so there's no worrying about others mistaking your food for theirs. Beach towels and shower toiletry are provided. An outdoor hose and bathroom are available to clean off the sand at the end of the day. Most importantly, there's Mau, the cat, and two small dogs to accompany you throughout the day if you'd like! We'd like to thank the family for such a wonderful stay at Zandoyo. This BnB was the highlight of our trip. My partner and I will definitely be staying here if we visit PE again!

We loved everything about our stay at Zandoyo. It was the best bnb experience we've had. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. Tony uses the freshest ingredients to create hearty and tasty dishes. We loved eating breakfast together with the other guests and the atmosphere is lovely and homey. Cesar was extremely welcoming and kind. The pool area was beautiful and clean, as were the other common areas. The room was functional and the bathroom was roomy and clean.

Tony and César were amazing hosts. Extremely helpful and kind. Tony made us amazing breakfasts, every day something new with Mexican flavors. Make sure to book at least 1 day during the week (Mon-Fri) with them for a taste of his homemade breakfasts. Having breakfast in the kitchen was also a nice social gathering with the other guests. We loved the pool and pool area. The plants, trees and flowers around it make the scenery look very pretty and provided shade. . The rooms were basic but cozy. And the quiet environment and having good airconditioning made us sleep peacefully. Also the beds were comfy and the shower was good too.

Everything was wonderful about Zandoyo! The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were fantastic. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well designed with lots of space to put things. The pool area had lovely landscaping and the guest kitchen was quite well supplied if you wanted to prepare a meal. I highly recommend a stay here if you venture to Puerto Escondido!!

The room could use a couple of hooks behind the door and a small shelf for toiletries by the sink. The mattress was a little on the hard side but that's personal preference.

Zandoyo has created a warm, comfortable, feels like home atmosphere. The BnB is very community oriented and all the guests eat breakfast together each day. The pool and outdoor kitchen area are lovely. It's easy to spend part or all of the day there.

Only small thing to mention was the time of breakfast, 9am was a little late for us.

We had a fab stay in the B & B. Tony was very welcoming and looked after us well. Facilities are great including a lovely pool to cool down in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight and adapted well for us being vegan. It was nice to sit at the table with the other guests during breakfast and chat - we really liked that. Umbrellas for the beach are a huge plus too as you need them and avoid paying for overpriced beds on the beach. Thank you Tony for a lovely stay and letting us use the pool for the afternoon as well. Nothing to complain about there

Tony and his wife were super hosts the pictures don’t do it justice. Very relaxing and served us a good breakfast mornings Monday thru Friday. The pool area was always nice looking and well taken care of and felt like we were in the tropics with the flowers and trees. It felt like home we were very comfortable there. The rooms were very nice and had bathroom with shower and towels for both showering and pool. They have a kitchen area near the pool area. They have a nice palapa on top that you can see the stars.
