Super nice rooms with super comfortable bed. The jungle location is really enjoyable after a busy day in Tulum! Besides the residence is Palma central where you can eat and drink and also where there are nice shows (too bad we were not there on a Tuesday because then it's salsa night). Also the hostess Erica is fantastic! The tips that we received were fantastic and helpful! I will recommend this accommodation to everyone

Zamunda Garden View is heaven on earth. The rooms are stylish, spotlessly clean and fully equipped, the beds are huge and so comfortable. The beautiful pool is open 24/7 and you can enjoy it also during night. Erica was so kind and welcoming and gave us many tips and suggestions about Tulum.

This property is the best we’ve stayed and in our two months backpacking. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, include drinking water, coffee and tea. The pool is open 24 hours and is warm making for lots of early morning and late night swims. Rooms have fan and air conditioning. Most of all the hosts are the most lovely people, instantly making you a friend and above and beyond to help us with reccomendations and help.

We loved this stay. We were only meant to stay for 3 nights but we ended up adding an extra night at the end because we liked it so much. Erica and Luis are fantastic and gave us great local tips and recommendations.

Honestly nothing to critique

Zamunda really is a haven. A lil slice of jungle calmness. The beds are huge and so comfortable. The rooms are equipped with so many thoughtful things- coffee and coffee machine, cleaning products, a mini thing to dry some small washing. The aircon and the fan worked great. The rooms were spotless clean. The pool is open 24 hour so the nighttime swims were such a treat. Erica was so kind and welcoming and shares so much useless tips and suggestions about Tulum. There was supposed to be a hurricane when I was there and she was really reassuring and provided lots of info. I just really loved my stay here. It really was a beautiful place ran by beautiful people.

Walk from ADO terminal is a little far in the heat, and don’t do it in the rain! Just get a taxi!

Such a great haven in quite a busy area. Erica is a fabulous hostess and provides heaps of information about the area, restaurants etc. The pool and garden are very lovely. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could want. Would definitely recommend.

Not really negative but you should know that there's pretty loud music until 23u00 everyday except for Wednesday from the neighbours at Palma Central.

We loved our stay at Zamunda. The gardens are beautiful, the apartment was comfortable and spacious and the pool was always clean (perfect for cooling down in the summer heat!). It's in a great location with plenty of epic restaurants nearby and only a short drive to cenotes or the beach.

We had a great time here, we extended our stay by 2 nights. Perfect location to the main street without it being noisy, the garden is stunning. The pool is awesome with 24 hour access. Erica is great with all her local tips. Loved having free coffee in the room.

We highly recommend this amazing little paradise in Tulum! Unfortunately we could only stay for 1 night, because of our busy traveling schedule, but it was definitely our best stay we’ve had in Mexico so far (we are in this country for over a week now). The green and quiet garden, the pool, the terrace of the room, the airco and water pressure in the room (great shower!) it was all perfect. Erica the host is super warm, friendly and helps you with everything you need and gives you a lot of information about Tulum and activities. The owners aren’t only good hosts, they have real passion for you having a great time and feeling at home in Tulum, you can see and feel that in every little detail. It lacks for nothing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing stay!

There is a loud beer garden that backs up to our room, but she provides earplugs and it actually wasn’t bad once we shut our bathroom door. Plus they shut down at 10.

This place was exceptionally beautiful. Wow! The rooms. The garden. The pool. The welcome. It was a paradise in the middle of Tulum. Plus we could walk all over town from the location.

Nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. Only things to note would be that the pool tends to have some leaves in in the evening (as it’s cleaned in the morning) and the food place behind the hotel has live music until 11ish which can be loud but never plays late into the night.

The property itself was lovely - each room feels like it’s in an individual lodge, with sliding doors onto a private terrace and out to the pool. The room was a great size, as was the bathroom, with coffee facilities, fridge, and bowls / spoons meaning we could make our own breakfast, as well as a fan and AC. The communal area was great, with a good sized pool (open 24 hours) loungers, and hammocks. There was also filtered water and free tea available whenever we needed it from reception. We loved the location, which was walking distance to bars and restaurants in the centre, 20 min cycle from the beach, but down a quiet street so no issues with noise at night. Finally the host Erica was fantastic. She went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be, providing tonnes of recommendations for restaurants, bars, and reasonable beach clubs, as well as booking us into a tour to Sian Ka’an.

Nothing about the property. There is a beautiful food truck venue directly behind the bungalows that throws a big salsa party every Tuesday night, just be prepared for the music to go on past 11pm.

One of the loveliest places I've ever visited. The hosts were amazingly welcoming and had plenty of suggestions to make sure I had an excellent visit. The garden was so beautiful and well cared for, the pool was clean and refreshing and every detail had been considered for guests' comfort. I didn't want to leave...

The best place to stay near downtown Tulum. What can I say about it, it is just perfect. Erica was really kind and made sure our stay was great. There is a possibility to rent a scooter, which we did and I could highly recommend this experience.

If I had to pick something, our particular room was a bit dark.

This is a flawless property. The tropical garden, spacious private outdoor patios, and pool were the highlights. The rooms had everything we needed with cozy bed, AC, coffee, and stylish bathroom/decor. Erica provided great suggestions like beach club Niken, sunset drinks at Mateo’s, local tacos at El Sabor and the al pastor place just down the street a couple of blocks. The location is good on the edge of the Tulum action. The food cart pod has many upscale choices and adds to the ambience with live music. We appreciated the free parking. Traffic and roads are challenging in Tulum. We spent a day in Coba seeing ruins and cenotes to escape the craziness. Zamunda was a bit of heaven where you can relax and unwind.

This hotel is incredible. It's located just off the main road in Tulum town. It's a little oasis away from the business. The staff were so welcoming and gave us SO MANY recommendations, which was amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable. They have fans and Aircon. The rooms are provided with bath and pool towels - plates and cutlery - and a little washing up bowl. There are so facilities to make tea, coffee and they provide drinking water. The pool is such a lovely addition and is so relaxing. Next door is Palma Central where there are loads of food outlets. If you're staying Tuesday evening, you have to go for their salsa night. The music stays loud until quite late, so just embrace it. We didn't go to the beach, but the location was perfect for all our tours.
