- There were no printed card with WiFi password and general info about hotel (I had to go 3 times to the reception lady to ask for WiFi password, which she was writing with her hand with not eligible letters on a pice of paper) - no hooks for towels in bathroom - no toilet brush - having a microwave would be great

Good location - no need to take taxi (if you up arrived at ADO station); hotel territory is beautiful; beautiful apartment interior; walking distance to the main avenue.

Nothing. Did the trick as a base to do lots of day trips etc.

The aircon worked really well. Was a great retreat from the heat. Our aircon broke down half way through the stay but the staff sorted it out straight away by giving us the room next door. The pool was lovely. The little restaurant on site was great for a coffee or drinks. We didn’t try the food there. The room had a fridge was great. There’s is a 7 eleven near by. The hotel isn’t far from some good restaurants etc.

Biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my life in our room haha but we coaxed it out so all good, part of the experience! The main light didn't work in the room and we told reception but they never fixed it, not a massive deal though.

Really helpful staff, easy to get advice on tours and bike rental. Handy to have the little pool as it's pretty far from the beach area. Easy enough ~10 min walk to ADO bus station and nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby.

Everything was good!

It was a big and clean room! Air conditioner was a little bit noisy but we manage. The stuff was very helpful to give us some tips and also let us leave our luggages. Possible to rent a bike or moto from the hotel directly. It is walkable from Adobus station. If you would like to go to beach area by collectivo bus you need to walk around 15-20 min.

The pool was a little small and a bit dirty.

The staff was everything! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place is beautiful and the room was perfect. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the bus station. They also have a restaurant which serves great food.

Nothing really, it's a good hotel.

It's a great hotel for those wanting a nice space at a reasonable price. It's in a top lo action too, short walk to downtown and a bike ride, short taxi or collectivo to Tulum beach. Staff were exceptional.

The pool was beautiful, loved the room and the balcony surrounded by trees. Lovely natural soap/toiletries provided too. Very kind and helpful staff - we met at least 2 and they were really lovely.

The shower wasn’t too strong, but still okay.

Room was very specious and clean with a large bed. The staff was very friendly. Diana from the reception advised us about a lot of things in Tulum which was very helpful. We had breakfast every morning at Casa Mia (which was a part of the property), breakfast was very good and Luis and Flor were such nice people and also very helpful. The people in the kitchen made delicious food and made sure the presentation of the food was a 10 out a 10.

We really liked the place. Stayed there twice. The pool area was amazing. Restaurant a bit pricey so didn’t eat there. Close to good restaurants and 10-15min walk from the ADO bust stop. They rent bikes as well. Staff is really friendly.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. That was about the only negative thing, but booking is making write more!

The property felt like a little oasis with its jungle-like atmosphere and nice pool area. The restaurant was excellent (turning into a sushi restaurant in the evening. The gyozas and sushi were amazing! The staff was very accommodating and polite.

There was an error in the booking (my fault) that could have been corrected with a bit of kindness on the part of the hotel management but wasn’t. It really didn’t matter in the end but we would not, I think, return to this lovely place because of this.

Beautiful and very relaxed and relaxing hotel. I loved the area, which is in a quieter part of the town that still feels like a village. Tulum is a fun place to spend a few days.
