It’s overpriced for what you’re getting. The room and beds are small. The pool wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. House keeping left out windows open while construction workers are walking around (apparently they are renovating). The location is a bit far from the center, but there are some nice restaurants in walking distance. The table tennis table was broken.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They placed an extra baby bed in our room and helped book our next hotel. The room was clean. During breakfast they were able to accommodate our needs even though they only offer a fixed menu.

Some parts of the hotel are still under construction (like the restaurant), but it did not bother us.

Property is new, just in front of a nice green park. Allan, the manager, was very helpful. He booked us last minute on a boat tour over the lagoon.

There is a lot of construction! It was unfortunately on both sides and above my room. It started in the morning and continued all day. Not much that can done about that. The parking can get tight lol.

The hotel and staff were both fantastic. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel helped me book a catamaran trip on the lake that was wonderful.

The hotel needs more parking space and loose gravel at the entrance needs to be addressed my husband and daughter slipped and fell.

The location was in the heart of everything. I missed breakfast.

- Music from the restaurant was a little loud and could be heard in the room - No ventilation in the bathroom, only an open window which made it very hot - The fan in room 9 was dreadful and moved at snail speed: luckily there was aircon but we prefer a fan and it was a bit frustrating it didn’t provide more air - There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom which my partner killed

Unfortunately we had food poisoning when we arrived and spent almost our whole stay in the room. Luckily the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the toilet worked well! Very nice staff and provided amenities like basic toiletries, a couple of bottles of water each day and fresh towels. Fridge in the room was nice. Location was good and restaurant available on-site with pretty good food.

The property is about a 10 minute walk to the main restaurants so could be a little far for some people

We loved our stay here, the hotel is gorgeous and we loved the pool. There are some really nice swimming spots by the lake that are only a 2 minute walk from the hotel, the staff were very helpful to point these out. The front desk also spoke amazing English! The breakfast was included for us and it was really good and we had a nice choice. I think that they are doing up some parts of the hotel, hopefully a pool bar may be coming soon which would be a great addition!

Building work going on next to the pool is the only downside, but we didn’t spend much time there.

Nice quiet area, spacious rooms and good chill out area with table tennis table, hammocks and swimming pool.

There was a very bad smell from the bathroom & shower which was little uncomfortable.

Really pretty and beautiful place, comfortable and very close to a lagoon where we can swim without entrance fee. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre where you can find all restaurants. The service was good and staffs were very helpful and kind.

There are some building works behind the swimming pool so was a bit dusty & noisy if sitting round the pool but this presumably is temporary.

Nice set up with a good pool and roof terrace with hammocks for relaxing. Good breakfast included.

We booked a sailing trip via de hotel, which included a pick-up, but did not include a return to our hotel. If we would have known that beforehand, we would have rather used our own car to go there. The rest of the tour was nice though.

Bit at the end of the liveliness of the centre (thus also away from any noises during the night). Nice breakfast included. Everything you need is available and the rooms are clean and tidy.

- the staff was very kind and attentive - clean, with daily service - recently built with stylish interiors and pleasant exterior areas including a small pool - the bed were extremely comfortable - very good breakfast included - close to a public pier to swim in the lagoon - parking available - good value for money

Limitation of F&B - could do better with such nice product - mezzanine - Pool bar - could do something cool . nothing we did not like -but they have huge opportunity to be a PLACE to stay.

Nice Place - Good location - with little bit focus on Customer service that hotel could jump up from 3 to 4 star. Cleanness is top - please work on water pressure please - Staff is nice/ we can even say great -just missing some F&B training for the up-sell and improve mattress.

The main room light was fairly dim which made it tricky to read at night. Bedside lights would help.

Breakfast was great - could choose from a menu. Enjoyed the variety especially the fruit salad. Helpful staff. Good to do laundry.

Building activity = noise. Sometimes erratic internet. Pool was cleaned/ partly refilled.

Nice Spanish speaking staff. Thorough cleaning. Arranged a superb lagoon tour.
