They need to mention that only Medium size dogs are allowed. We have been coming here for 2 years and all of a sudden they tell me my dog is too big. And there were other dogs ‘almost’ her size. It was horrible. They finally let us stay, because we had no where to go. But, told us never again. I think it is unfair and discriminatory to big dogs, small dogs are meaner. It really gets me mad.

We had the suite, and there is an on and off Loud noise/sound all day and all night long, like a pump on the roof or something. And the TV reception is terrible. But the room was otherwise nice. Tough to sleep with the sound

The size of the double room for 4 persons I got was way too small and had trouble moving around the beds. The beds were too low and uncomfortable as it made too much noise when shifting from position.

Breakfast was awesome and would have again. Location was great as many accesible places nearby at very short distance. Parking and security of my vehicle was superb. Pool was very good and enjoyed the short use of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for one night before taking the ferry to Caye Caulker. Nice room and pool, good location for restaurants. Good breakfast included before the ferry too!

Gym was small and equipment was broken.

Great location on the Bahia/Malecon right by the Aqui Incio Mexico sign. Every night the food carts are out on the Bahia by the hotel. Very close to the Ferry terminal to San Pedro Belize. Free breakfast had a selection of hot & cold food. Double Room with Two Double Beds is good for 4 people.

We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer, it would have been a problem that there was no fridge or safe in the room. There were a few bits in the room that were starting to look a bit old/worn.

Location - close to main road with food stalls, restaurants and children’s activities (carousels, ride on cars etc). Also walking distance to ferry to Belize. The indoor pool was a good size and had some seating. Room was ample size and had most of what we needed for our one night stay. Breakfast provided was OK. A few restaurants on the water in walking distance (just make sure you’re protected from the mosquitoes - they were rife in August!).

The rooms were all surrounding the pool, which could be a little noisy at night if there were groups using it.

Great location, close to the centre of town, and right on the Malecon. The hotel was pretty quiet, and the pool was good. The room was small but perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful, and friendly.

Excellent house keeping in our room, cleanliness was key! The food was scrumptious, I like the variety to choose from, and most of all waiters and staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will certainly go back there!

Rooms are a little basic for a Wyndham but it's a nice hotel. We were upgraded. The room was very clean, spacious. Air-conditioning and wifi worked well. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, buns, chilaquiles (nachos) beans, and fruit. The coffee is very weak. The pool looks nice but we didn't use. Location is good near the marina.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet so we had a restful sleep. Breakfast was great! Enjoyable time spent in Chetumal.

Would have been nice to have an elevator but ok. I wished the breakfast was varied after a couple of days. Really missing was a minibar or fridge and coffee maker in the room. Overall was great. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the room was great as well as the physical location of the property. The staff was awesome. Thanks to Leilani for easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was great but the very same thing everyday. Not great for someone staying more than 3 days. We were not able to get in the pool so won't comment.
