Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom-Stayed in room 2811. Very Cramped. Room would get really warm after 12 am. Corner room. and Circulation in room not the best. Breakfast- Bella California restaurant Seagulls and birds are out of control. On our last breakfast I watched a guest entire breakfast plate that he just dropped of to his table, be consumed by very aggressive seagulls. After this interaction. I did quick surveillance and notice many guest periodically shooing birds from their food as well. I looked up and many of the umbrellas are caked with bird feces. Really tarnishes the good food, great view and ambiance.
Room - Stayed in room 2811. Clean good honored bar. House keeping was very prompt and service was good. Breakfast-Always good Great selection, Food Warm, Good service from Staff.

United StatesPrices are too high at mini market on the property. Check in staff tried to place me in a room that did not fit the description of what I paid for. Eventually, after about an hour of conversation, we were placed in the right room.
Food was excellent; the staff was wonderful; prices are too high at the property mini market (go to close-by Walmart, you'll save lots of money); the pool area and beach grounds were well maintained; At first the check-in staff tried to put us in a room, that I did not pay for or that was requested. Eventually I was placed in a room that fit the description of what I paid for.

United States1 - the receipts used to show both pesos and US dollars - now only pesis 2 - they hold $10,000 pesos towards resort charges, but don't advise we you hit/exceed that amount - we had a waiter from a restaurant track us down and tell us we had to go resolve with the front desk 3 - we stayed for 10 days rather than the normal week - at the end of the week, our bracelets that opened our room door stopped working - we found out when we couldn't get in our room - again, they should let you know in advavce on x day, you need to come to the lobby

United StatesTV not working. Very difficult to find a table at the restaurants even booking in advance. All the places around the swimming pool are quickly taken if you do not go down early morning. The structure is a bit outdated. Some doors are difficult to open. The fridge in the Room was too noisy. The room garden view was really not taking any sun in February for all the day and therefore quite cold.
The restaurants are all very good, but you need to book in advance otherwise you can eat with 1 or 2 hours of delay ! The location and the view are very nice, even if they are 2.5 KM from the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

United StatesThe room was okay, but they need to figure out how to check the welcome basket candy. It was old so if someone opens it, it makes it seem like you ate it. TV didn't work. The time share thing was annoying and over-time. And they treated me like I wasn't important because my friends had a different package. I assumed they felt like they had more money, and I was just tagging along.
Food was always good at the restaurants and breakfast. Staff was amazing for the most part. Bar staff great, all the drinks and shows are great. Spa is a must do, the spa service was amazing, go early to enjoy the facilities and be comfortable in your own skin in a private space! I like there is a trolly to go back and forth even though it is a quick walk. You can bring your drinks to the room loved that if you got all inclusive. I scheduled the Van for pick up from the airport, (CaboSeason) double check with the property to make sure. Great Views and hang out spots outside. My room had a full kitchen and balcony.

Villa de Palmar is familiar to me. I don’t do the all inclusive, so value is so-so considering I couldn’t get a discount card (did not want to sit through time share pitch). Love the deli for morning coffee & raisin cinnamon bun. Market is now over priced. Staff are wonderful poolside - always willing to help with shade umbrellas. Mad early morning dash for lounges is annoying. Mostly ate off the Sports Bar menu - king salmon and Caesar salad were great. Decent place but no comparison to my next stay at Sandos Finisterra.

We We’re on the 7th floor.My husband and I are active 70 year olds, but an extra 18 flights of stairs in a day was not okay. Some compensation should have been offered, free meal or just something to acknowledge the problem.
Great one bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Attentive room service. We had an issue with the AC and the stovetop, which were remedied quickly. Living area was quite spacious. Liked the outdoor table and lounge chairs.
