Bali beds are old and rip off ,but they use some shits everyday !with the shits on they ok !

We book the presidential suite !Honestly was over our expectations!The room was massive, very clean and perfect for our family of 5! Also the beach restaurant is very nice ,very good food !The staff are very friendly and helpful,honestly I didn’t expect to be so happy for what I paid ! I don’t think the other rooms are 10/10 but the presidential suite is a 10/10 for this money ! I recommend to book the presidential Suite

The only suggestion is the room could of have bedside tables.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Alquimia Hotel. The room is clean with AC already been put on when we arrived.😊 The stuff prepared a bowl of water for us to wash the sands of the feet. The room is spacious because it's very high ceilings perhaps 4 meter. The bathroom is also very spacious, two sinks and a large shower space. Also huge dressing mirrors in the room and bathroom. I'm also delighted to say that there is no ants or mosquitoes in the Boya room. The other good thing is that it's really quiet in the evening throughout to morning which guaranteed a good sleep. Lots of activity at this place swimming pool, spa, food, swing, beach, kayak and a lovely golden retriever 😊

It would have been nice if the bikes were free of charge. A lot of hôtels do that.

It was perfect for what I needed. Peaceful, quiet, just a little bit of music on the beach. beautiful space. loved the outdoor shower. massages on site. restaurant on site for daytime. In the evening I went to the Italian restaurant right in front of the hotel. My cat was happy. The staff was careful with my cat. The restaurant is a bit pricey compared to the hotel but it’s Tulum price I guess.

The rooms were very minimal for the price. No television, coffee maker etc. There was air conditioning but the air was still very stagnant and nothing was able to dry. The noise from the other rooms was terrible! You could hear everything from next door and above. The food at the restaurant was over priced and not that good.

The beach was wonderful. The staff kept it clean of seaweed and the swimming was great!

This is such a great place. Perfect location right on the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help. It’s my second stay here the manager has made so many renovations. Dog friendly. The room was so cute. Great ceviche and fruit and food. I can’t say enough good things. This is great value I really couldn’t have asked for more

first of all the people that work there are all super nice in particularly Emanuel in the front desk. he was ultra nice and caring and taking care of the things we needed. the rooms are really well decorated and gives it really good energy. the food at the restaurant was my fav food in tulum, perfect beach restaurant and location could not be better- right by where the busiest most fun restaurant part of tulum but just about 5 min walk to the side enough that it was quiet.

visited over New Year’s Eve. cool spot, nice cabanas, always a spot to sit, good breakfast food, not much of an ability to make change. you either need exact US or carry pesos. had to ask for a blow dryer in my room but they did have 1.

The Alquimia Hotel Boutique is right on the ocean. They probably have the best beach beds of anywhere I saw. Full 4-post beds with drapes and pillows on the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. I only spent 2 nights but it was relaxing and nice. The beach was a bit windy during the day but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Put me in a room without windows where the booking.com pictures clearly had windows. Shower was rubbish - only warm water and those shell showerheads really don't work. Forgot to bill half the cost up front. Restaurant not open at breakfast or dinner. I don't expect a lot as it is cheap but felt this was poor value for money.

Great place. Eco Container rooms are super affordable for what you get, beds are super comfortable and house keeping does a great job every day. the hotel is on the beach and has great beds to relax on and a bar/restaurant to get drinks at. The infinity pool was also great. if you go don’t forget the get a massage too, for $20 you can’t beat them. Overall experience was great. Thanks to our host, the hotel dog Honey, and the best waiter in Tulum, Erben.
