they do have Netflix and other apps available but I didn't wanna sign in to any of them . so we did YouTube . and it was glitchy in and out but this isn't a hotel issue it's a Mexico issue . anywhere I have traveled in Mexico has slow wifi . that's just how it is in all the places I've seen so far and I've been traveling Mexico for years. they do have step spiral stair case to the upstairs and there's no elevators so if your in a situation where you can't handle that , make sure to ask for a floor room . this wasn't an issue for us. it is deceiving on the outside and is on a street with lots of cars so you can hear vehicles pass by when youre outside. it was quiet in the rooms since youre surrounded by concrete.

loved the scenery inside the hotel premises . the balcony's are adorable. food is excellent on the premises. hott water worked in shower. you can lock the door of your bungaloos room. there's someone there at the desk day and night 24/7. whatever you need, they'll accommodate. there was loud singing by a microphone in one room and someone I saw mentioned it before me and it was attended too within minutes. they speak English at the desk. they do clean your room every morning. there's no microwave or dishes to use but there is a fridge. there is little soaps provided and some wash on the shower for you but I'd bring your own shampoo and cond. they do have tv . beds were comfy. AC froze us out at 24c so we moved it 26 an it was better. they do have continental breakfast of just toast and a big bowl of fruit. we did ask for more food and they offered us options . we choose chilaquiles and they were amazing.

Parking in front of the hotel was limited and on an incline. Be careful to drive quite slowly or you'll bottom out your vehicle. There are mosquitoes to be dealt with, but it's the tropics and DEET is a must.

Smooth check in even though we arrived late. Our room was on the garden level so no stairs, which was great after driving from Cancun. Good dining options were just a few steps away. Although the night staff spoke very little English, they were quite friendly and more than willing to help.

Pity, I could give a higher mark if only the kitchen would be furnished (not a spoon, not a knife, not a glass). Breakfast poor: (good) fresh fruit, 3 half slides of toast with butter and jam, coffee. Floor did not seem to be very cleaned (feet got dark ?)

Mostly fine. The airconditioning leaked water at one point but they sent someone to fix it and it was ok (mostly) after that. The main thing is that they were quick to respond and the aircon still worked despite the dripping water.

Nice, quiet room with plenty of space, a fridge (excellent in the hot weather) and a cute balcony for sitting with a cold drink. Felt safe and secure. Great shower and bathroom was spacious. We also really enjoyed the pool in the heat! Lovely staff who were helpful and recommended some nice cafes for good coffee etc. Close to supermarket. We hired a scooter from them for the day which was good too.

There was a dog barking quite a lot of the time! But I have noise cancelling sleep mask so it was okay for me. Not the hotel but; I’d pay for everything in cash if I go again, lots of people including me were scammed by taxi drivers, cafes and beach bars as they say card payment hasn’t gone through but it has. Card companies won’t reimburse as no evidence I’d tried to resolve with the vendor.. if you pay with cash Tulum is awesome!!

Good location in downtown Tulum near street food, supermarkets, cafes etc. the pool was a nice addition to cool off at the end of a hot day! Staff are lovely, easy to rent a bike or moped from there if you wish. A cenote within walking distance down the highway. Felt very safe and secure overall great!

Very busy road next to hotel but not much can be done about that! Also, considering we had a little kitchenette in the room, there were no facilities like tea/coffee making, cutlery or crockery which was a bit strange.

We could hear the heavy traffic at night from the bathroom window.

Continental breakfast made of fresh fruits (papaya, watermelon, melon and pineapple), toasted bread, butter and strawberry jam, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Friendly staff. Gave us late checkout because we got our room later than expected due to a house keeping problem. Not too far from the ADO bus station (20min walk).

The "kitchen" consists of a sink and a small counter, two glasses and a spoon. The big problem was the high noise in the room, because the balcony door has absolutely no soundproofing and there is the main road next to the hotel. For some people this means that they will not be able to sleep there.

Location wise, little far from the high street but was not really an issue with bicycle There was a kitchen corner in my room with fridge & 2 glasses only. A kettle and few plates and cutlery would be a great addition

Without a transportation way, for us the location wasn’t good. (event it says it’s in the city centre) it was 20/25 min walk until main centre area (most restaurants/shops). The surrounding area is full of trucks and has some construction (that made noise inside the room). Locker and tv didn’t work in our room. bed linen smell bad in the first night (we arrived 8pm) in the following day we asked to changed and they did.

The noise of the road is everywhere. We heared every truck passing by even at night so it was no relaxing at all. The trucks are there for big works at a new railroad so I hope it will be better soon because the hotel itself is great.

The lady at the reception was really friendly also the man at the breakfast prepared me gluten free breakfast without problem. The room was very clean and comfy and we loved the swimming pool.
