The staff was super accommodating to my sister and husband who were traveling with their two kids. They went above and beyond to make breakfasts the kids would eat (no mixed fruit touching each other!) A special mention must go to the ever-patient and helpful Sofia, who had worked in the US as a caretaker for young children, anddespite working double shifts to cover a colleague who was out, was extra generous with her time and expertise in the area. She even made little goodie bags for the kids for their return flight home!

The amenities , the staff, the location, everyone made sure I was ok!! Drinks were perfect, from Ricardo, Sofia and Samantha were so sweet and knowledgeable about what to do. Serjio was a pleasure to talk to in the morning breakfast. By the second day I felt at home! But with all the extra care! 💕 breakfast was enough to start the day, one free yoga class at Holistika. And Benito the hotel kitty!! 🌸 I’ll be back!

The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious and cosy, the interior design is beautiful, pool is perfect and the staff are super nice and helpful. The Holistica Yoga center is next door and first class is for free for tiki tiki guests. Breakfast is pretty basic.

The only issue I had was the soundproofing of the rooms. The doors are slatted, which means that they do not keep sound out at all, and you can hear anything going on in the corridors and landings.

Stylish property with a lovely pool. The staff were lovely. The two young women on the front desk helped us out with perfect recommendations for beach clubs and cenotes. We enjoyed renting the bikes and using them to ride to the beach. The location is a bit out of the way, but we found it close enough to walk into Tulum town, where there are some great food options. Hotel was good value for Tulum.

If you'd like to be in more of the tourist area, then note this is a bit further away. But if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed hotel then this is perfect!

The hotel was gorgeous and the room was amazing, spacious and had a wonderful view! The staff were so helpful, and guided me to activities nearby and the best way to reach them.

Beautiful little boutique hotel, with lovely staff. Rooms were very comfortable, ours (on the top floor) was right up in the tree tops. Good location - very peaceful area to stay surrounded by jungle, and easy walking distance to a street with heaps of great food options.

Going to the beach is a bit far away and complicated. But we were happy to stay in such a quiet area.

I spent two days at Tiki Tiki Hotel with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet and beautiful. The room was big and I really enjoyed the big windows with direct view on the jungle (we saw toucans!). Staff was friendly and helpful.

That we decided to move onto Playa del Carmen for 4 days....why did we do that??

Location was excellent, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but yet restaurants & bars were surprisingly only a 10 minute stroll away. Our room (9) was a delight, large glass windows letting in all the light whilst also being shaded by the surrounding plantation, we felt like we were in an exclusive tree house. The staff were exceptional ( Josefina, Santiago at the bar and Julie), going above & beyond to help us (when I lost my phone!). By morning two, the cafe staff knew and remembered how we liked our coffee and toast, this we thought was impressive!! Plus they brought it to the pool side whilst we chilled in the morning sun. Electric bike hire availability - we hired them twice and headed to the beach (20mins away) were not brave enough to get the mopeds though!! The overall vibes of this place were chilled, cool and relaxing ( just what we needed) Thank you so much...

The location. I don't recommend staying in town but this place is a little far away from everything. The room rates are a bit high for the location but ALL of Tulum is overpriced.

The hotel is a super cute boutique hotel with an awesome bar and pool. The rooms are spacious including the bathroom and the staff is excellent. They really made our trip. They helped us book last-minute excursions and gave great recommendations for food. The location is a bit out of town and is kind of far from the beach area but you can rent bikes or a scooter and that should be enough to get around.

The breakfast can be better.

Tasty design, pool area and clean rooms. It’s far away from the beach but it’s just next to Holistika which has a delicious cafe, great hangout area and yoga classes. The reception staff forgot to mention but you get free yoga class at Holistika with your stay here. It’s a good alternative to stay at Holistika. You can also rent scooter, bike from the reception.

The only thing that comes to mind: The included breakfast is a bit underwhelming. It's rather simple (yoghurt with fruits, some bread and jam), so there are no savoury options . But one can order eggs on top for an extra cost.

Beautiful garden full of plants around a pool, with lovely lounge area. We loved the style/design Our room was very spacious, with a view into the green garden. Julie and her team were the best and had a lot of really useful tips for us. While the location is a little off the beaten paths, you are in short walking distance from restaus etc. Also nice: Tiki Tiki guests can visit a Yoga class at Holistika (down the road) for free and get a decent discount!

Hotel Tiki Tiki is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! I felt so relaxed and at peace. it is a hotel that makes you feel at home. The hotel is surrounded by luscious greenery and beautiful architecture and design. hotel also has the cutest and friendliest cats I’ve ever come across! What made my stay exceptional is the beautiful, amazing, warm and friendly staff, Samantha, Josefina and Santiago! It was a bit noisy despite it being a small hotel. The nature of the design means there is very little noise attenuation in the hallways. I was frequently woken up by other guests closing doors loudly or moving chairs across the tiled floors. Some soft closers on the doors would help.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was really nice and the hammock is a nice touch.

Because the hotel looks so nice, it does attract quite a bit “instagram” folks who just sit around in the common area taking photos. The door isn’t too sound proof so when they finished partying at 2 or 3am and came back to their rooms, it was pretty loud to hear them chatting and shutting their doors.

The staffs are super nice and friendly. It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean. Esp. Samantha- so helpful and great recommendations. All other staffs are very friendly and nice too.

Only thing that was a slight issue was on the first day there was no power for 7 hours due to the building work next door but was fine!

It was beautiful and so so relaxing, lovely breakfast every day and staff so so friendly. Wish we'd known before that you can access the yoga classes for free next door!
