That security exposed me to danger, I tried to come back from the beach like at 8:40 pm and they told me I could not enter the hotel because they had closed that entrance because of the pool. I understand the swimming pools were closed but I only wanted to enter to go to my room. Security guard was very rude.

The hotel has beach access but the hotel does not clean or maintain the beach due to there is a local beach access right next to hotel. It is sad to see so much trash and that people don't pick up their trash from the beach.

The facility itself was new and clean. Big clean, great room with ocean view. Great pool area, dj on pool areas was fun, pool area servers, and bartenders were great. Welcoming staff and great customer service from the valet to the lobby and overall everyone was nice and helpful. House keeping was great as well, aways on top of making sure we were happy. They have a Starbucks in the lobby for those Starbuck drinkers, walking distance to liquor store, bars, clubs, restaurants, exchange money.

Front desk personnel. There was an issue with one of the two rooms we got. The issue was the shower glass door. It was missing so when you showered the water would go onto the floor. The next morning when we brought the issue to their attention they gave us several reasons for why the door was missing. 1 the door broke. 2 this is the design. 3 this is a handicap room. The last one made the most sense to me. I think if you are going to put me in a handicap room the least that they could have done is asked if this was ok with me first before just giving it to me because you have no more rooms available. Or they over booked. What ever the reason was I was not happy. At one point they offered to give me a mop so I could mop after showering. Yes it got to this point. This is when I walked away because I knew things were not going to end well and I was in vacation with my family. The kicker was that all that I got was excuses and I did not hear solutions. Once I walked away one of the guys turned and made a remark to the other guy and they both laughed at me. This is unacceptable and I think that I will not be staying here anymore for this disrespect towards me the customer. The next day I spoke with a manager and I was switched rooms.

Bottle Walter and paper towel were limited to the room. We had to purchase our own. We were 4 in the room and paying for 4, and always short on water and paper towel. No vegan options to eat at restaurants, manu was not the best. Towels at pool were always short, probably because of busy dates

The room that they gave us was left with trash in the trash can the bed had some springs on the side of the bed almost coming out and the sofa bed had a that was broken and you would sink in .

The room was not what I expected, moldy shower, bed skirt had mold, matress cover had period blood and there was hair band with hair on pillow. Last, the door was not locking right.
