Large and strong acids! Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly! Loved the rom with jacuzzi!

The pool is not connected to the other pool limiting access to the swim up bar. Not a terrible thing but having to walk to the other side with drink a little inconvenient.

The facilities were a little dated but this November 2024 I understand will be updated over the next 18 months, but they where in Good working order and moderne. Great Mexico. Villa style. The room was wonderful but a sitting area rather than a whirlpool would be great in the Junior suit.

Set proper expectations before you go, the hotel is a bit old, i would recommend renovating the rooms and bathroom. Although the hotel has a high review, yet it cannot be considered luxurious at all. Pool is good but still needs maintenance. The All-inclusive experience is fine, but you cannot get anything anywhere you want. Food is half half. I would expect a higher level of luxury for the price paid.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. Beach is great. Location is nice. Breakfast variety.

There’s nothing I would change about my experience.

Every meal I had was excellent. For an all-inclusive package, I did not expect them to put so much effort and thought into the massive amount of food options but every item I tried was truly great. There’s no hidden fees attached to anything. It really is an incredible list of options all over the property. My room surprised me too. The view and the jacuzzi were excellent. Worth every penny I paid.

More an issue with booking.com. It’s advertised as having a shuttle but you have to pay a hefty fee for it. Shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not included.

Entertainment is a bit basic - evening entertainment is very typical for an all inclusive. Pool entertainment is very much like a kids club. This is a very American heavy resort with them being 90-95% of the guests. They offered a welcome gift which was just vouchers off their already very expensive services. Avoid any services at the hotel as they are overpriced (couples massage $400, hotel transfer $95 for a 25 minute drive). Room is a little dark at night and some things not well thought out (e.g. no sockets near the bed).

Excellent beach, clean and very little seaweed! All staff we encountered were excellent. Multiple a la carte restaurants available and all all good we had was high quality, including the buffets. Good sized room.

I had an amazing time at Hyatt. The food was great, the Zen Spa was exceptional, the beach serene. The staff was polite and provided star quality service.

Waiti staff were exceptional. Entertainment during the day and evening was excellent. The spa was amazing. Shoutout to Bryan, Hilda, and Brenda.

The fact that the cabanas closest to the pool are for rent, but I get it, there’s a price for premium seats plus it means no unfair hogging for the whole day.

The view from the bedrooms is fantastic. The way the staff greets people is so warm and they’re really attentive to people’s needs. The food was actually excellent in all the restaurants. I had a blast with the activities.

Absolutely nothing!

This resort was amazing from the moment we walked in! We felt the love from all the staff from reception to the events and in particular David from the pool area! He went above and beyond for all our needs! This daily activities and the entertainment this resorts provides is exceptional. The food at all 5 restaurants were of high quality, so amazing!! We were extremely sad to leave, and can't wait to return from all the way from Sydney Australia! We love you all!
