There were only Air conditioners in certain parts of the property, the bathrooms had a bad smell, the food wasn’t too great, the bars and sports bars close too early, there was only one wash clothe in our room, the room felt very stuffy and the cabana beds were dirty.

The property was nice it was a great scenery, the drinks were very good, the staff was good, all the pools were great and the beach, there were a lot of options to choose from the food restaurants.

The nicer restaurants required dress shoes and pants, which I did not know about before getting there and I did not have dress shoes or pants so I wasn’t able to go in. The other restaurants offered a lot of the same items, especially the buffets. And the restaurants that weren’t buffets had a small limited menu.

Awesome pool and great beach. Amazing staff. All inclusive. Great live shows. Mini fridge was stocked daily with free sodas, waters, and beers along with candy and chips. Facility was very clean. Loved feeding the Koi fish and seeing lots of peacocks and iguanas.

The room we had the bed was broken, we found some bugs. I have paid less for other resorts and had better rooms, I feel like they should redecorate them. Also requested a birthday decoration all I got was a desert.

Not enough sea beds. The food was not the best quality. The italian restaurant was the best. No shuttle service. Communication with the hotel before the stay was terrible, they didn't answer once.

The water is amazing baby blue colour. It's spacious. It's all inclusive and the alcohol is included.

The rules changed during spring break! The liquor was pulled as well Once they ran out of Absolute or Malibu they didn't offer another bottle And the hassle of reservations for dinner None were available and didn't like that when renting a cabana in Oasis Beach Club 3-6 if show was over at 5:30 they kicked you out Also prices were marked higher during spring break for cabanas

The restaurants were generic and basic. I am talking about the ones that required reservations. The food was nothing to brag about. They were not classy or elegant. The buffets were mediocre. The building needs to be updated. The bathrooms are old and really need some modernization. The casino was super hot. With that many people in there there should have been lots of air conditioning. i was also upset that my friend and I booked our rooms at the same time. Her room for 2 cost her $1400 while I was charge $1521 for the same room for 2 each. The hotel would not do anything about it. I booked through booking.com but the hotel is who I paid directly upon arrival. They wanted me to reach out to booking.com to handle it. I feel booking.com scammed me. I will not be using this service anymore to book my trips.

There are a large number of restaurants, but upon check-in every restaurant was booked for the entire stay. Luckily, they were able to find us one reservation as the week went on. We were in the pyramid and had paid the extra and still unable to get in restaurants. Also paramedic exclusive bars were also allowing Blue bands to come and get drinks. We were told they had to pay but no money ever exchanged which made lines again. The exclusive bars had better liquor, but once spring break, we hit that liquor was pulled and told unavailable. still advertising the club coyote Loco even though it is closed and definitely was not a lot of entertainment without the club and only beach club parties two times during our stay.

While it says all inclusive, booking dinners in the fancier restaurants was impossible, no matter how much we tried. Luis at the cabanas was wonderful. Housekeeping did their job every day, nice and thorough. The spa at Sensoria was amazing.

Housekeeping should be more attentive, they just remade the bed. Instead of changing the sheets daily. It shouldn't be a request, it should be done automatically!
