Not much I didn't like. A fridge in the room would have been very nice but this would only be something extra. Another thing I don't care much for is the hotel employee escorting you to your room but this is a personal thing.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location, the airconditioner, the cleanliness, the comfort and size of the room. A great base to explore this wonderful city!

It was our second time at Stanza and one of the waiters remembered us. That was really special. We enjoyed the freshly baked pan dulce, the French toast and the attentiveness of your staff. We will be back!

I liked everything

The room was perfect for me. The staff were exceptional. The resturant in the lobby was fantastic and the food was excellent. I love the location which is right across the street from a dog park. I always felt safe and was never scared to walk around.

All was as expected. Room could be improved by adding a small refrigerator. Complimentary tea bags could also be a plus.

The room was very comfortable and clean with a view of the park across the street. Furniture is a bit dated. The complimentary coffee maker, coffee and water was nice. Hotel location is excellent if you like to be close to a trendy area with great restaurants and bars. Also, easy access to public transportation and relatively walking distance to some attractions if you don't mind walking 20-30 minutes.

The shower was TINY. Luckily it was a curtain closure, and there was a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor (in addition to in the shower). I showered with the curtain mostly open so I had room to move around and actually shower properly. My friend's shower in a different room was larger though, so it may have been specific to my unit.

The location was excellent - right at the end of the main "strip" of Roma Norte, you can't beat the location for proximity to the neighborhood and noise level (I think it would have been loud in a more 'central' part of the main drag). Staff was very friendly, the late checkout (1pm!) is just unheard of and sooo welcome. The bed leaned toward the firmer side, with very comfy pillows. Good AC.

The cleanliness was slightly questionable but hopefully just an isolated experience. The replacement bedding after housekeeping's visit was covered in long hairs (I have a shaved head so definitely was not mine.) It would be nice if the room had a small fridge.

Prime location in Roma neighborhood and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes, shopping, convenience stores, and nightlife. Easy drop-off and pick-up point for Uber if you are traveling to other neighborhoods. English speaking staff made it a breeze to get checked in and situated. Room was spacious, had good A/C, and complimentary water and coffee.

There's no pool, but that's okay. Overall, it was really great. :)

I love my housekeeper, she/he is great. They always twist my iphone charger cable too, which is a nice touch. There was this one staff who helped me with the gym, I couldn't get in, and she went with me to ensure I can get in. I'm very happy at the services and would come back!

we had a great time at Stanza hotel. Location is in Roma diatrict, very cosy and with a lot of vegan restaurants around. The staff was nice, room had ac, big beds, good wifi. Breakfast was self service (mexican) or by menu and was good, but not included in a price

No additional locks - bolt and chain locks in the doors of room. Due to the absence of additional locks, we were woken up by the bellhop past midnight when he opened the door for a new guest while we were sleeping. Apparently, the night shift front desk made the mistake of assigning our room to a new hotel guest. The chirping sound to detect doors not fully closed was helpful but annoying. Sounds scary? Yes. We all make mistakes. The hotel was sincerely apologetic about the incident.

Not much. The exhaust fan in the shower didn't seem to be working, but that was about it.

Everything was very nice. Staff were excellent and reassuringly helpful and concerned when I developed a medical issue. My room faced the busy street, but was acceptably quiet with the thick triple pane glass. My one meal in the restaurant was fine but mostly I explored the many restaurants nearby.
