The pool was not very clean. The restaurant was closed for most of our stay.

The view is really nice and the pool was very relaxing. There where no people, though.

The process to get the pool towels was a overcomplicated, they could probably make it simpler.

Older property that's being remodeled (it appears to be an former motel). It has a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundeck overlooking the Valle de Bravo lake. The staff was very kind and went all the way out to help me with my requests. Also, there was a nice restaurant on site

We asked for room service and it never came. I also texted to the hotel Whatsapp and they never answered', and when I went to the restaurant and ask for a coffee for room service they told me that wasn't possible and the room hasn't any tea or coffee sachets.

The hotel is beautiful, the temperature pool was perfect and the room view was amazing.

My girlfriend is super picky and she didn’t like the hotel, so maybe if you are expecting a luxury resort you will be disappointed. The restaurant is super slow, but if you have the time the food was really good after the long wait.

Nice hotel at a fair price, the Most amazing lake view and super cozy even in the coldest winter days. This is the second time I stay here and I sill think it has one of the best price-quality relationships in Valle de Bravo where hotels tend to be overpriced.

VERY uncomfortable bed, scratchy and stiff sheets, no air conditioning, slept horribly. Also no hot water in the shower and terrible towels.

All of it, the hotel is a nightclub and you cannot sleep until it's finished at 3am. People screaming, throwing things, fighting and trying to get in our room. There is no internet or hot water in the rooms and I paid for a jet bathtub that didn't work.

We ordered a superior double room with front and a side view to the lake . When we arrived the room was not ready, even though we arrived late. We had to leave our luggage in the lobby to get to the lake activity. When we returned in the evening, the room we got was on the lower floor and the view promised from the room wasn't exist, it was mainly a view of the shed. See the attached photos. The beds are matrimonial and not true doubles. The jacuzzi didn't have very hot water as it should and we had to give up the experience in it. The service in the restaurant was indeed slow and half of the menu was not there, even though we arrived on a special weekend when apparently they were supposed to be prepared for a lot of people. This is definitely not what we paid so much for.

Let’s start with the location. If you’re looking for a hotel in the actual centre of the town, then this is not for you. The WiFi connection was so bad. They have a variety of them, but none of them are good enough. Not sure about the other rooms but mine was room 32 so I’m sure all rooms upstairs had the same issue. The shower was rubbish too. It’s one of those super cheap showers whereby the water comes out on the edges of the nozzle so showering was a nightmare. They had an electric kettle in the room and mugs but there weren’t coffee, so you’ll have to go downstairs at the little cafeteria to buy your coffee in the morning. And lastly, the entire experience doesn’t justify the price. Literally, this hotel charges more per night than Ibis Hotel, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn and even Novotel - all in Mexico City, for services and facilities half of that of all the hotels that I’ve just mentioned. If you’re looking at having an overall great experience I’m Valle, I’d suggest you look for other alternatives before you pick this one.

They have sheets hanging to dry, there was a drunk guy who kept looking at us when we arrived, after asking the staff they said he was there a lot, he was latter hanging with the staff behind the front desk, he looked like the manager, really disgusting and not cool to see this guy staring at us. Also they charge 3% extra if you pay anything with your credit card (restaurant, the stay or anything), it would be nice if they say this in advance because the closest ATM is 20 min drive away, we were staying 2 nights for $4500, we didn’t wanted to pay 3% extra so we offered to give them $3500 and after going out we would pay the rest, they say no… Also the bathrooms around the hotel didn’t had toilet paper and there’s no phones around the hotel or in the rooms to contact front desk. So the place it’s nice, really good view but the staff, costumer service and drunk guys from the staff makes it disgusting.

They didn't respect my reservation. They change the room of the reservation for a cheaper one and to justify this, they say in Booking platform the pictures are generic and no related with the room.
