We were woken up at 3 am by very noisy people and the noise continued for around 20-30 minutes I think. It does say 24 hour reception so the staff at night need to be aware of noisy people coming home from nightclubs etc and ask them to be considerate of others staying there. I would still return as I liked the hotel. But this does need to be addressed I feel.

They ran out of the 5 gallon jugs for the dispenser (located in the lobby) the last day of our stay, so we had to get bottles of water from the staff. The lighting is a little too bright in the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful and very well kept up. The location is great - easy access to lots of stuff on foot. The price was great. The pool looked so nice, but we ran out of time and didn't get to play in it.

We thought it was a small boutique hotel, but actually the place is very large. Unfortunately we got the room that faced the parking lot, so that wasn’t very charming.

The room did not have a chair or table where I could properly use my laptop. The outlets beside the bed were not working. I had to take remote controls from the reception to my room. There were no towels when I arrived.

The staff and location were definitely the high point of this stay. Misael was extremely helpful to me at all times! And I could get to nice restaurants and facilities in a 5-minute walk.

Bed was too firm and pillows uncomfortable. No electric plugs in the room, only in bathroom (we needed an extension cord). A mini fridge or at least an ice maker machine in the facility would be great.

Location is excellent . Very close to main downtown. Personnel is very friendly and helpful ( provided electrical extension and hairdryer). Clean hotel. Parking at the site. AC worked good.

We weren't given any towels, not sure if they forgot to put them in the room or they were not included. They gave us some after we requested them.

The place is very nice, has a big lounge area next to the pool full with sofas and chairs where you can sit and relax anytime. The room was ok. It didn't include many amenities but it was enough for us as we only stayed for one night. I would recommend it for a short stay as it's a decent option for the price you pay.

My room was in the back on the 3rd floor I had poor signal for wifi. Once I asked of course they gave me info on repeaters login but the front desk only gives you the login to the main network.

The staff were very helpful and assisted me to make the most of my short trip to Merida. Without their support I could have done probably half as much I did in this brilliant weekend!

Children running around the hotel at 10:30pm -‘went out and asked them to be quiet and called reception but they still continued. From this, be mindful that noises carry if you are a light sleeper

Great hotel in fantastic location, the pool is a great touch after a hot day exploring. Staff lovely, beds comfortable and great water pressure in the shower.
