Way too expensive for one night. Should have had more bartenders on and more than one bar open during the day wait was too long for drinks. Hungry at night with no snack place open

No complaints here. Great deal for an all inclusive. The food is okay. Not as updated as other places but again worth the deal if you want all inclusive.

The room was simple but spacious. There’s a mini fridge. Central air. Nice balcony to the property perimeter. Big pool. Great beach area with bar. Staff was all excellent! Great for families.

Only our room had a musty smell

The staff work hard to serve and are veryvprofessional. Salvador , Fatima. and Lorenzo were a pleasure! They day beds around the pool were “ Top Shelf” Beach was excellenta!!

The hotel is meant to be non-smoking; there were guests smoking in common areas, we feel they need to monitor this more closely. The rooms are very dated; some maintenance is overdue. The rooms are far from sound proof; we heard our neighbours very clearly.

The food was decent; alot of variety and fresh fruit and vegetables. We rented a car and appreciated the secure free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The food was good but nothing special. Not a concern just we have had better when staying at 5 star resorts but that is expected.

Smaller quieter resort that is great for kids. Pool was set up well and lots of activities for the kids.

The music at the poolside is very loud, it's not a place to unwind. Drinks served are very alcohol focused. Non alcoholic isnt much choice. The shower is hard to operate temperature wise. The buffet for dinner is not much, especially no options for vegetarian and not very healthy. Ate elsewhere a lot. The a la carte restaurant serves a three course menu in 40 mins. The vegetarian option was 3 pieces of ravioli.. Bed mattress too hard for light weights. Damp room. Sometimes smelly.

The pillows. Some of them smelled just awful! I think it's because they seemed to be feather pillows, and with the humidity, they don't do well. The rooms smelled musty, but I think if they got rid of those pillows, it would greatly help the overall smell of the rooms. Not fans of the nightly entertainment but realize some people want that on their vacation. Disco sometimes went much later than we'd like as it was quite loud - in our room anyways, which was quite close to the stage.

The food was better than some other all inclusive resorts we've been at. Their breakfast was always very good, they sometimes had chicken breast, not just drumsticks and thighs and they had some very nice desserts. The beach area was very nice and there were lots of lounge chairs at the beach and around the pool so there was no 'fighting' for lounge chairs that happen at some resorts. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was impressed with Norma, a cleaning lady around the pool, who was so cheerful and always had a huge smile on her face.

At the beginning of the Christmas Dinner we were ignored by the waiters.We had to get up & get our own drinks & so did the couple that was sitting at our table. My husband approached one of the waiters and asked why two waiters were serving the table next to us while we needed one.

Had a great at the swimming pool & Beach. The Bartenders were very attentive!

Hummmm, can't say there is anything we didn't like.

We have stayed here 3 times. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. We love the smaller hotel. The concierge Bernardo was such a grt help. Salvador, Carlos, Lore, breakfast cook. They are all amazing. Thank you for another trip of memories We celebrated my 70th bday and our 50th anniversary. Awesome

Half the pool was under maintenance, out of lot of alcohol compared to times past, were told there were no more reservations at any restaurant and we walked down to it, and 3 people were inside, we got a table after we talked to the staff, but 3 people inside and we couldn't make a reservation? We have visited many times previously, but this time seemed very chaotic. I'm sure we will be back, but the staff for the most part tried to do everything they could to help, but it seemed there was direction and organization lacking this time. The food was always empty in the buffet too. Only 50% of the trays were full the others were completely empty.

The room needs a little more air to allow the mositure to escape but with 5min of an open window it is easily resolved. Nothing really bad to say.

food was monotonous. Buffet was ok. Restaurants not good at all. Not enough choice of snacks for in between meal hours. Far from Puerto Vallarta itself.
