I just wish the shower water was a little bit hotter.

The location was great for what we wanted to do in the city. The room service from the restaraunt on the first floor was superb! All of the staff were kind and addressed any issue we had immediately. The room was very clean and we had new towels every day. This is the kind of hotel where you can put your mind at ease and just enjoy yourself.

There was some room demo going on for my last two days which was a mild inconvenience. Nothing bad.

Fantastic internet. I needed to do work including video calls. Both rooms I was in had great internet. My first room was extremely noisy and had a funny smell, however, I requested a new room on the other side. It was a painless change and much better for me. I was staying for 7 days so it was important for me to be comfortable.

The room was a bit stuffy (windows don't open). Also, there were only 2 electrical sockets. One was behind a large pedestal television, so if you wanted to charge any device, you had to move the tv, or you could crawl under the bedside table with a flashlight, unplug the phone, and use that one... (There was also a socket in the bathroom, but not convenient to charge a laptop, etc.)

The only thing deluxe about the deluxe suite is AC, otherwise it's the same room different shape, with poor lighting. Asked to downgrade to a well-lit room and paid the same price. Room had a musky smell. Hot water didn't work well. Complimentary coffee doesn't fit in the machine provided. Quite over-priced, you're basically paying for location.

Staff were very friendly and let me change my room. Great location in nice area. Generally pleasant room. I appreciated the staff.

There was some noise around my room late at night and early in the morning.

The location is great. Very close to Roma and some good restaurants. The staff are nice and friendly. The room was very clean, although, I would appreciate if it had a small fridge. Another issue was that it did not have power outlet near the bed. This is important because when you come back to your room at the end of the day, you plug in your phone and when you need it later or midnight for any reason, you would have get out of the bed and go to the other side of the room to get your phone.

Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Excellent location.within walking distance of cafes and restaurants in Roma which were more friendly and better value than those in Condesa.

Have a fan in the room was great! Really helped in the rainy season to dry out clothing. Hotel's location was great and close to a cute park with lots of restaurants and other areas that also had a bunch of different shops and restaurants.

Very noisy since it's on a main street. Windows do not do much as far as keeping the noise out. There was also only one connection on the one side of the bed to plug in things like phones, cpap machine. We did ask for an extension cable with a power strip and they were able to give us that.

In a very central location so close to lots of things within walking distance. Easily accessible to bus, cabs, stores, restaurants nearby. Restaurant in hotel is also very convenient and food is tasty.

The view wasn't the best because it was facing windows and walls of other hotel rooms. This normally wouldn't have been bad but it was hard to tell what the weather was like without having to walk out into the lobby. Also wish there was an AC in the room. I was able to open the window and use the ceiling fan, but then a mosquito got in and started biting me all over on my very last day.

I liked that its proximity and accessibility to the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods. Also it was really close to some good restaurants. It was easily identifiable from a busy street. Despite being on a busy street, the property is quiet.

It's on a main road and the windows are not well insulated. There was a lot of traffic noise.

A good hotel for a solo travel. The staff were approachable and friendly.
