Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bed sheet has several blood stains and the bathroom towel has a coffee stain. We ordered the New York strip for dinner but the color and tenderness is not up to our expectations.
The location is great and the view from our room is beautiful. The water sports are easy to sign up and easy to use. The front desk are very helpful and freiendly.

United StatesThe rooms feel very sterile. Blankets were a little rough making sleep a little uncomfortable. Set up was great for us being a couple, but wouldn't like to share that same room with kids or another group. Entertainment in the evening needs a lot of help. Lobby in the evenings sounded like a lunchroom. Not much going on. There's a lot of focus around Riu parties, but is not activity for everybody. Barely any spanish music played near pools. No music in lobby.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Love the serene look of beaches and the several pools. The rocks give that additional authentic touch. The views from the balcony are exceptional. Food choices are great and plentiful.

United StatesThe food was not good at all! I know all inclusive food is not top notch but this was the worst food I’ve ever had at any all inclusive resort. The room service needs more variety on its menu. The food is the only complaint we have.
The entire staff was amazing. The Riu parties were the best, especially the day parties. Pearla at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and sound proofed. The beach was sea weed free. They also had drink service on the beach. I like that they had room service.

United StatesI didn't see a calendar of events. At the customer service counter, the young lady seemed to be less knowledgeable about things than the doormen. Restaurants opened too late. I think the restaurants should have earlier hours; perhaps opening around 3 p.m.
The atmosphere was excellent. I found staff overall were enjoyable, friendly, and worked hard to please you.
