Non availability of Indian food. Especially vegetarian or vegan options were very less. The sofas in the main lobby wasn't so clean.

All staff is professional and friendly. The hotel is constantly being cleaned. The interior is beautiful and modern. Every moment of the day there are activities. The activities staff does a great job.

Just the pourer of the alcohol bottles in the room were not 100% clean

Very friendly and supportive staff. Great variety of food, drinks and restaurants within the hotel building. Additional services such as laundry service, hookah, etc round up the services.

I really don’t have any major complaints only that for the presidential suite, you’ll have to walk up five sets of stairs .

The deal offered on booking.com was honored without any questions asked. The food and drinks were unlimited and excellent. The service provided was great. The staff was super friendly. Amazing views from the room as well as the resort. The pools, bars, restaurants everything was fantastic.

I searched for 2 bedrooms for 4 adults and picked out the Riu Caribe but didn’t notice that the first room option on the Booking.com site defaults to 2 bedrooms for 1 person occupancy each. Upon arrival, we had to pay an extra US$1500 which was a nasty surprise and not a great start to the holiday! The rooms with Booking.com also come with US$850 resort credit which we were looking forward to using on spa treatments and water sports but when we enquired about these facilities we found out that the credit could only be used as a discount (typically 10-20%) to the list price of the services so we would have to spend approximately US$5,000 cash per room in order to actually use the full room credit. The website description of this resort credit is very misleading.

Good food offering, excellent beach, plenty of activities, great service from the waiters and bar staff. Location is on the main strip and right next to its sister hotel.

I enjoyed breakfast because I could have my own style of eggs made with meat and veggies additional options to add. I went to the Friday & Saturday party and they were great! I also enjoyed the shows offered in the ballroom.

I will never book with booking.com ever again. It clearly says 4 adults & 1 children. Booking.com did not include our son & we could not check in & had to pay an extra $400 dollars. I tried getting a hold of booking & so did the resort manager for 30 minutes to no answer. We will never book anything from this site again.

We did NOT like having to pay to use the pool table in an all inclusive resort!! There’s no after dinner air conditioned lounge area to relax, only the 24 hour noisy sports bar. The lobby area has a bar, but it’s open to the outside and very hot. Staff did not seem happy and were unfriendly at times.

Great outdoor area with 4 pools and a nice swim up bar. Rooms are clean and newly renovated.

The pools were a bit warm but the beach was right on the property, if you wanted to cool down the beach water was amazing. The restaurants do not take reservations. I was really eager to try the steak house but i couldn’t be seated. Not a huge issue, just something to keep in mind.

Size of the Double beds was on the small side and if we stay here again at some future point, we will be asking for King Size beds to be provided in our room.

Great staff, food, facilities and beach made our stay enjoyable. Bedroom was very well served with drinks (soft & alcoholic) and bathroom (especially the shower area) is to high standard.

My room didn’t get as cold as I would like and the ceiling fan speed couldn’t be changed.

The resort exceeded my expectations. Had lots of things to do. The restaurants were great. All the parties were great. I will definitely be back. Friendly staff as well.

Had several simple requests to the lobby staff (like getting 1 plastic bag from them) and they always said just no to everything. No motivation in providing help/assistance whatever easy questions/requests I had. Always a no. No interest in keeping the customer happy which is weird for a 5star hotel. Everyone in the lobby I talked to had the same attitude. The staff at the restaurant hovewer were all really nice

I didn't dislike anything!! Everything was beautiful from the reception desk all the way through the whole facility!! It was beautiful!! I have no bad complaints!! Not one!!

I was disappointed with the delay at arrival in checking us in our rooms. We also did not get the rooms we reserved. When we were changed to new rooms the view was horrible. It seemed as though we were being punished for requesting what we paid for to begin with. There was an evacuation alarm at 4:00am one morning. Everyone was moving to evacuate and the alarm was cancelled. There was no explanation or apology for nearly scaring everyone to death.

I loved the White Party. The DJ was amazing and the vibe was wonderful. The pools were also great! I had a great time in the Aqua Rumba class! Lots of fun. The restaurants were good. Overall the entertainment was A+!
