The drinks at the pool couldn’t be charged to your room. I didn’t want to take any credit cards to the pool area.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, Especially Gabrielle and Ivan. The breakfast buffet was so fresh and delicious. The service was 10 out of 10

Very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was very good, we had a good varied selection every day of our stay and I absolutely loved the fresh pastries. Location was very good, safe, was a bit far from the main hotel zone, but was located within the shopping centre and very easy to get taxis. The rooms were very modern and housekeeping was excellent.

Minor complaint but the breakfast service felt a little chaotic, it took a long time to get drinks served but the food itself was great.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The check in process was easy. We had a great view of the marina also. Easy access to the mall next door.

The beach club is great but hotel transportation to and from the private beach property ends at 6. After that, youd have to come back on your own. I kind of wish there were later pick up times but uber is always a good alternative!

The property was very clean and all the amenities were easy to find. The staff was amazing— Jimmy was one of the first people we met there and he was our unofficial tour guide for the trip. He, along with the other staff at the hotel, was informative, kind, polite, and attentive. I loved it so much!! They had a private beach club, a jacuzzi, room service, and so much more. I felt like royalty staying at this hotel and it was very clean !!

There was nothing I disliked about the property

The staff was my favorite part. Overly helpful. I felt taken care of at all times. Location was great. Loved the inside mall area for the days I didn’t want to leave the property. The food was good on and around the property. Clean and very modern.

We didn’t like the stupid policy forbidfibg sleeveless tops at the breakfast area this is a summer casual holiday destination. It’s not a ballroom in Monaco (where we have also been)

I was there for a wedding and could not joint my group at the beach club one day because they only give so many tickets per day to access it.

Well located and plus you have the shopping center right next to hotel.

There were stains in the rug of our hallway and infront of our door that looked like red wine or blood for our entire stay.

Lots of options for breakfast. There’s something for everyone. Staff were kind. Location is amazing. Right next to a mall with great restaurants giving you more options for dinner.

Love the location the view. It was right next to an outlet mall so I was able to shop and eat at different restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach food is served there and has a nice atmosphere. Will stay again soon.

The pool is on the shade for a big part of the day. The jacuzzi can be used only separately men and women therefore I was not able to share the experience with my girlfriend.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is very spacious, bed very comfortable and bathroom is amazing with very nice rain shower. The gym is very spacious and nice.
