Fantastic staff and location! The room was okay and couldn't really get any different pillows and had issues with water heat and shower overflowing to drainage. Overall though great location!

Service is very poor and the stairs is hard to go up if you are not used to the altitude of the place and specially to bring down suitcases, there was no help at all. And while we try to breath and rest of taking down the suitcases the guy in the reception desk ask us very rude to go back up to bring the tv control!!! We told him that we where tired, to send some one up but he say that we have to bring it to make sure it works!!! We didn't like that guy attitude!!! My husband told him that the lady that cleans was upstairs. To have her get it but he ignored us. Another thing we did not like it that they left an envelope in handwriting giving us a welcome for us to give them a tip in our arrival plus de had to ask for soap and a towel for the floor.

The location is great the room is big for a couple.

The place is not bad, bud it looks a lot better in the pictures. Our door (room 9) had a lock instead of a regular door knob were you can easily lock and unlock.

The location and the bed was very very comfortable. Also a very nice view through the small balcony!

Noise from the street, we got a room on the 2nd floor facing the street. We could hear cars passing by and people talking outside.

The lobby staff was not as friendly as I would have expected. They do not help bring your luggage up and down from your room. And some rooms are very high.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was amazing 👏.

It said it was ground floor.It was up 26 steep steps.It was dirty.The walls were paper thin.The bed was very uncomfortable.The internet didn’t work.The tv was snowy.The water was cold in the morning.The bathroom door didn’t close.We paid for 4nights but left in disgust after 1 night but of course they wouldn’t give us a refund.

property: extremely outdated, trash bags everywhere along with cleaning supplies. lobby was dirty. lots of noise inside property past midnight. rooms: definitely not what you see in pictures. bathtub was very chipped, no warm water, sink had no running water, no hand soap, towels were stained and rough. beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. it’s unfortunate to have experienced this in such a lovely city. owners truly need to invest in this little abandoned gem. they will continue to lose customers if they don’t invest in upgrading their property.

A group of youngsters entered the hotel at night and made loud noise until 4am. They were drunk, shouting, walking loudly on the stairways, even knocking on the doors of the guests. We asked several times the receptionist to tell them to leave but the receptionist did not do anything. We suspect it was the receptionist that let them in. This happened every night of our stay. There are cockroaches in the rooms. The door of the bathroom did not close properly and was in bad shape, with nails exposed. The rooms were had large interior glass walls, so little privacy and it was not possible to block the light from the hallways.

The hotel is very close to the center The rooftop has a nice view over the city.
