Excellent location, on a private and clean beach! The rooms had amazing views, the food on each restaurant was amazing, plus they have different events at night. They arranged our pick up and drop off from and to the airport. Also all of the tours we got picked us up at the hotel on time. The staff was amazing and super polite and helpful, they really did their best to make our stay wonderful

The linen, while perfectly clean, are a bit tired.

The location is great. The beach is wonderful, perfect for swimming and super easy to access. The pools have plenty of lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. The restaurants have excellent food and service and are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for the price. Impeccably clean.

We had a ‘mountain view’ room, which was misleading - the view was another wing of the hotel that was being renovated.

We loved the great beachfront location, the comfy room with colourful characters, and the range of restaurants serving nice food.

Beach location is great and the pool, they even bring food to the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. The restaurants are delicious.

Our bathroom had a leak from the upstairs unit on one night from the utility door in the ceiling. My husband was sick the night after we ate at Rustico. He had the chicken marsala, bur aren't 100% sure it was from his meal

Love the location, the restaurants and on-site transportation options. They were able to switch our room for a better view. Marea & Otto were the best for dining. Didn't get a chance to go to Il Forno this time around.

Front staff my glass shower door broke from the hinges caused my rust luckily my husband wasn’t hurt and the glass didn’t break. When we went to say something to the front desk. We were told no one was there to help we still had a day left so maybe by the morning we thought but no one ever contacted us nor were we asked to be moved to another room. Next day we weren’t able to shower after a morning in the beach. We left never had the door fixed.

It has everything you need. Two pools, beachfront, and great dining options. Location is good, 5 min drive anywhere you need to go.

I stayed in the farthest room from the reception, ground level, but my wifi was spotty and non-existent in some moments and I had to walk outside to make calls or work on my computer. I did mention this to the owner so hopefully he can fix that because these days, wifi is paramount! Also in the past there have been issues getting hot water for the shower so they tend to be luke-warm at most. Othewrwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Huatulco!

I travel to Huatulco for work 1-2 times/year and I always stay at Quinta Bella since the location cannot be beat and I over they years have gotten to know some of the staff including the owner who is always very welcoming!

WiFi was not reliable or strong! Linens were old. Air conditioning woke us in the night with a lot of noise sometimes

Pool was great. View incredible. Choice of restaurants fantastic and wonderful food and service. Close to La Crucecita town. Friendly staff and not too big. Close to beach and Santa Cruz

Beds are not as comfortable but we could see them switching out a large number of them throughout the week. Water is not potable but you get daily water bottles at no charge.

Clean, centrally located to all the beaches and the town. Safe. Lots of wonderful food options onsite if you choose to stay close. Two pools that did not feel busy. No mad dash for pool side chairs in the morning.

The nightly entertainment they have is very loud. Makes it difficult to sleep if you have an early bedtime schedule
