Place is a bit rundown also there is no 24hrs coverage which is fine by me but might be challenging for other people. Place has a lot of potential but lacks investment.

everything fine the Posada is a calm and confortable place where to stay in San Cris. well-located, close enough to the city centre but not so much to be affected by the night life sounds the room is a a tiny one but comfortable to rest a plus: the hot water always available

Nothing :) I would say this isn't the hostel to meet loads of other travelers as most rooms are private rooms and the dorm is only 4 bed - but it's a great hostel for chilling and having your own space

The dorm room is probably the best dorm I've stayed in - it's huge, has a fridge, a sofa area, a 6 person table, lockers and private bathroom. The beds were comfy and warm and the outside courtyard was nice to chill and have breakfast at (the continental breakfast I had was super tasty). Overall amazing value for money

The location is pretty noisy, but that is part of being in the center of town.

Its cold at night in the room however they provide some blankets. The place was supposed to have a hot shower however it was not there at the end (even though we raised it and they were tryibg to fix the problem).

The cigarette smell in the room was uncomfortable also, booking advertises that credit card payment is possible, but at arrival I was requested to pay in cash.

We had a spacious room, with two double beds (with three people) and an en-suite bathroom (hot water). The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere you need to go in the city. The wifi is fast, there’s a well equipped communal kitchen and the staff is very friendly.

Room on the ground floor is surrounded by other communal areas, so half the windows are blocked and the others it's very difficult to get any natural light in, also the same for ventilation

It is looking and feeling worn out, the kitchen isn’t very clean and the room was damp.

Location is perfect, the courtyard is great and the shower was hot with good pressure. Bathroom was lovely. Staff really kind and helpful. I had a late check in and check out - gracias!

First they gave us a price and we paid for it, when we made our check out. They told us that they made a mistake because they should charge us a little more and we were asked to pay the difference, the friend from this person told her that she should have checked on the computer because there was supposed to appear that difference. And this is wrong because we booked and accepted it for the price we saw on the app and we missed our bus because of this, and this was their mistake not ours. It's like when you go to the super, if the sticker says a price when you go to pay, even if their system says another they respect the price you saw because that's why you want the product and it's their mistake. The price was higher and it wasn't worth it, because there were spiders everywhere, even a hole in the roof and something fell to me while I was in bed, there was an animal scratching all night on the roof and I couldn't sleep because of the hole and fear of this getting in. Also, it says -hot water 24/7- and there wasn't any hot water. My pillow had old stains too, and it was all humid and old.

The location, the bathroom and the room was clean. It was accessible, the staff was nice and it seems that they make an effort. But, for the price it wasn't very good, it should be cheaper.

we had a very cold room with a big wooden door next to the street. Was pretty noisy over the night. I think this was the only room with this “problem” al the others are in an other building.
